My first Mac was a IIcx. I have many fond memories of that computer. It was neat how you could load it with 128 MBs of RAM once you enabled the 32 bit addressing. I remember towards the end of it's life it would have weird boot issue where it would randomly turn itself on. It's nice to see how those issues can be fixed. Thanks again for all the great info on your channel!

Bruce sorry I have not been on but I work overnight from 10pm to 6am sometimes 6pm to 6am sometimes four of those so 52 hours or more and it’s hard to tune in at my new security job because they don’t let you have your phone while you working but I do watch later and smash that like button with a hammer!

Do you have a good source for the power switch for the IICX? Or at least a modern replacement? I need to replace the power switch on my IIcx.
