It's not a restoration, it's a Resto-mod. New chassis, different engine, different brakes, different steering, different gearbox and new bulkhead. Looks great, but Trigger's Broom comes to mind.
Thanks, yes, quite right however, it did make the car great to drive and could be used daily without having to cross your fingers before turning the key.
Yea, it was perfect, absolutely perfect. Not a single blemish even underneath. Fantastic to drive. Thanks for you comment. Feel free to share it. More interesting cars due soon on The Tim Bush Channel.
Would like to see more details (pictures) of the power steering box and rear propshaft. I do like that it's an auto without a big plastic tunnel added!
Brilliant! I reckon you are at least as good a presenter as Paddy McGuinness from off the telly. You should be on Top Gear. From Steve, aged 6 and a half .
Thanks Zimba for subscribing and really appreciate you kind remarks. I think the colour was Forest Green but cannot be 100%. I do know that its also referred to as Land Rover Green.
The speedos review unfortunately has been cancelled, due to the fact that my ginormous member cannot possible fit inside. However, its still nowhere near as large as the one on your head!
Thanks Peter. Having all that extra power under your right foot was great. Because the owner put those modifications on the car it made sense to put a new and more powerful engine under the bonnet. If the car was totally original, I would agree.
The original engine was great but this car has been modified to make it easier to drive on the road. The extra power and V8 sound made it a hoot to drive. Thanks for the comment.
Great off-road vehicle, I wish rich people would stop using them in urban and suburban areas. Not Tim Bush though, he is a good man and uses them in rural areas.
Get on Tim!
Thanks Reg. should it be “get IN Tim”
Glad you enjoyed it. Check out my other videos.

Many thanks Steve. When you grow up perhaps you can help me present one of my marvellous shows.
Great video. What shade of green has been used? I'd like to use the same colour on a project. Thanks and keep the films coming.

Took 5 min in to fire it up. Should have been in first 30 seconds
Its just like a pint of Guinness…
Would have been far better with the original 2 litre engine !!!!

Nothing wrong with the original engine
