Did YOU enjoy The Bad Batch S3E13? 👇
Absolutely!
Loved it
Loved this episode! 10/10
8/10
I've enjoyed everything about this show. I miss it already. They really took this show to another level this season.
"Where is your captain?" "Ugh... captaining."😂
Wrecker is such a fun character, and I found it funny how relaxed he was in the ship while his brothers were risking so much trying to get the coordinates for Tantiss. Seeing him wearing that imperial officer's hat was funny too, as well as seeing him smile as he placed it back on that knocked out Imperial's head.😂
That was gold
shame he's gonna die
I wonder how the Imperial will react when he wakes up again. Would he think all of that was a dream?
That was hilarious.
Omega is EARNING her own survival.
Yes she is! This isn’t the same Omega we met in s1.
I'm convinced that she is connected to Rey!
Defently
I loved how Samie adopted the baby, but then se is a Pantoran, so of course she would.
This was one of my favorite episodes, I felt genuinely tense while nervously hoping for them to succeed. And bless Rampart in his infinite smugness, he broke the tension for a minute by making me laugh. Plus, wonderful to see baby Bayrn again!
Yes the Captain Rampart Era is here and I'm loving it. Go to Tantiss and redeem yourself Captain.
Rampart playing the comic relief role was hilarious, but I had to watch it a couple of times more to get a good laugh out of his behavior as the first time I was on the edge of my lounge for at least 80% of the episode
This is the Way. Omega found One Way Out of Tantiss.
It'd be cool if they'd make a Tales of Tantiss episode or three showing how Tantiss was created - cut the top of a peak off and have a Star Destroyer hold it in the atmosphere while the base is being built inside the mountain, then place it back on like a cap. 😉
I believe Tantiss will be destroyed in the last episode and will be revived as a regular mountain
Almost felt like Emerie 'let' that pick get taken by Omega. Good suspenseful episode.
I was thinking the exact same thing
Yeah that’s what I’m thinking!
I'm glad that they bought Admiral Rampart back. Although evil currently he has common sense and knows strategic things. He could help the Resistance's star fleet if he turned against the Empire.
I can't believe this animated series has me all tense, on the edge of my seat and damn near squeezing the batteries out of my remote.
Same. At my age, have seen some animated series that engrossed me, but this thing. Often I can’t remember if it’s animated or not.
really like Omega's plan to get out of Tantiss. It is just the daring plan that Omega would do. I liked Rampart in this, can't wait for the next episode and to watch this one again after work.
Even if those shafts behind the walls are a viable escape route it still look like you need to free climb for miles while also having to carry the youngest child as well
It won’t be easy, but I hope it’s viable to get them where they can get rescued. We all know outside the mountain is a rough place to spend any time beyond the barrier.
I think she will escape first and then come back for them after she gets help. But the Bad Batch are on the way.
@@MollyHuffle As Meg suggested, we may see a call out to Rex to bring the reinforcements. That would be epic!
The ending gave me Ahsoka vibes where they go inside the space whale creature's mouth and hyperspace/jump to their location & almost same scenario to Tantiss, but stealthily attach to the ship like Han Solo did in Empire Strikes Back. BRILLIANT! 💯🤯🙀😸😎👍👏👏👏
I loved the episode, tense all the way to the last second. However, I’m concerned. If Omega is this good at this age, what happened to her? She should be neck deep in Rebel activity around the sand time her brother Boba was active with the Empire? Maybe she was on Alderaan when the DS showed up. With her empathy for the oppressed and her training, by the time she is an adult she should be better than Boba in my opinion. Two more episodes!!!
I'm thinking (hoping?) that they explain what happened to the BB after the show. They definitely aren't with Rex in Rebels.
Not Alderaan! Hope she’s simply somewhere very useful… You got me more worried now
I agree Meg.. a 10 out of 10 episode. It was incredibly intense and the music was incredible!!!
Personally I think that Emerie knew Omega took the instrument from her tray and may be able to help in their escape. After, before she left Omega she briefly gave a look back at her. Emerie is probably going to do her best to help Omega and the other children escape. It was good seeing Echo back and like you I think he’ll notify Rex at just the right time. Still there won’t be a full happy ending because someone or more will die probably sacrificing themselves to aid in the escape of all the others.
If I had to guess, I'd say Crosshair might sacrifice himself for her sake, if it came to that. It seems like he feels unworthy now that he isn't the sharpshooter he was before, and an act like that could give him a sense of validation and worth at the very end.
That said, I really hope it doesn't come to that! I like how she has developed a sense of kinship and camaraderie with each member of the Bad Batch, especially Crosshair over the course of this season
@@kfox24Hope it doesn’t come to that as well!
Had a blast with Ep 13 last night, because while I saw episode 1-5 several times, I had not RE-watched 6,7,8,9,10,11,and 12 as of yet.. So I watched what roughly is 3 and a half hours of The Bad Batch last night. Man it flows SO well. Amazing series and amazing episode. Can't wait to watch all 15 in a row.
It looked like one of the astromechs being loaded on the scientific vessel spotted Echo. I think one of those astromechs is going to play a role in the finale.
It certainly did, but is it a smartazz droid like R2D2, or will it just discount this extra person as inconsequential? Or will Echo reprogram them to his cause and use them as a distraction?
once echo finds tantiss he will contact rex
Yeah, Rex is definitely involved in this plan. He just wasn't physically present at this time, probably because he was off gathering all the other clones and allies that want to be involved, arranging for ships, stocking weapons, etc.
Plans change/Pray I don't alter it any further... Yup, that was my immediate thought as well!
I wonder if Echo's traveling alone was to have a backup. Just in case things go badly, Rex and the others wouldn't get swept up in it, but if they are able to broadcast the coordinates for Tantiss base, then Rex (and the cavalry) can show up. It was also funny, and infuriating how smug and sassy Rampart still is, considering the situation he's in. I have no idea what he's thinking as he's about to be trapped on Weyland. Also, Omega's training has really come through. Compare her shrewd calculating here to her very naive approach at the beginning of season 1. She's come a long way, and learned a lot.
No one else has mentioned this yet but the Omega scenes were full of Narkina 5 references... The top view of the vault, the music, the esthetics pf the vault, Omega asking about the gaurds and more!
Great video. Yes, Rampart looks better with a beard. I watched this before bed and needed an hour to get my heart rate/ anxiety for the characters to wane. I LOVE Omega's progression from an uncertain child who just wants to help into a fearless young leader and tactition.
I was salivating watching this episode and then suddenly it was over. I think the build up of Omega has been spot on. She’s a hero at heart. I’d like to see her is some force powers while escaping under pressure. Maybe something she picked up from Asajj Ventress. It would also be cool if more past acquaintances showed up to help liberate the prisoners. 😊
OMG!! What an episode!!! I was sitting at the edge of my seat and got upset at the end because I have to wait for next week's installment. Into The Breech was fun, exciting, loved the one-liners. Omega is earning her survival. By far, the best season of the show. This episode is 9 out of 10.
9 out of 10, I think you could've added 1 more to that score. For me it got the 10 out of 10 Mr Goldair, this episode showed that Omega is the most versatile member of the batch by far, that alone was worth giving it 10 out of 10
I agree with what you're saying. This episode showed how Omega has grown and has become more of a leader. I took off one point for: 1) length of the episode. I was wanting more, 2) in the last episode, Omega is brought back to Tantiss and sees the children in the vault. This episode starts off with their first interaction between Eva and Omega and the rest of the children. I would think that there was some time that passed, and Omega would at least know their name, 3) also in the last episode, Rampart states that their may be a way to get the coordinates to Tantiss but in this episode, he first states that he told the Batch everything he knows and he doesn't know how to get to Tantiss but then when Echo arrives, he tells them the possible plan. These reasons were why I knocked off the point. Length and continuity. It's still a great episode!!! It's one of the best this season. I want to add that I believe Emerie purposely left her tray near Omega while her back was turned so Omega could take one of the tools. Emerie first tells her that she is glad Omega is back. I think she purposely said that because she wants Omega to save the children.
@@chrisschultze6974 two points I disagree with is how much time had passed, and continuity, I can't fault that at all, maybe I'm easily pleased. It was clear to me that this episode started on the first morning after she was brought into the vault by Hemlock. Yes, the length of episodes of this series has always been the biggest issue for me, but at least they are consistent. The thing that overrides that for me is the quality of this seasons episodes overall.
This season has taken the Bad Batch to the top rung of the ladder.
I agree that Emerie wants omega in the vault, as she knows that Omega will be planning an escape from the moment she arrives. Remember what she said to Nala Se`, when she took over as chief scientist, she said these children don't belong here. The confirmation for that was how she ever so briefly looked back as she left Omegas room after taking her sample, she knew that Omega had taken that implement. Rampart playing the comic relief was hilarious, I'm still worried that he thinks if he betrays them the empire will reward him, he will be sadly disappointed I reckon.
Best line in the episode was the answer Wrecker gave the Imperial lieutenant, after he asked where his captain was, err captaining, comedy gold, and him wearing his hat, great sight gag, had aspects of Laurel and Hardy.
@senatorchris3134 I've defended this show from season 1, episode 1. I was hooked, and I'm going to be sad to after the last episode. The animation to this show is the best! The technology for each season got better and more sophisticated and detailed. Remember when the Batch landed on the space station with Rampart and Hunter tells Wrecker to stay on board to monitor communications. When Hunter first starts to say this to Wrecker, his helmet is off his head. When he finishes the command, Hunter puts the helmet on, and instantly, his voice changes with the last few words, as if speaking through the helmet communicator. No other animated program would be so detailed and precise. I love it. The show is animated, but I could see how this show could be an hour long live action show on network television. It's that good. Rampart's one-liners were the best and perfectly appropriate. I was hysterically laughing when they came out of the control room, and Rampart mutters: "Wonderful. We're all goinv to die." I do feel, however, that there was a bit of foreshadowing that Rampart will try and betray the Batch. He doesn't want to wear a captain's uniform. He keeps reminding them that he was a vice-admiral. He says how much he misses ordering others. The one thing that got me was when Hunter reminds him that they saved him from the prison, and all he says was that he was there. Nothing to allude that Rampart was angry with the Empire because they "threw him under the bus" during the whole Kamino destruction incident.
I loved this episode. I watched it 5 times already. Arguably, it is in the top 5 of the best this season for me, so far.
With that said, I didn't have that same feeling as you that it was right after Hemlock first brought Omega to the vault. I feel that at least a day has elapsed. When she first arrived at the vault with the last episode, the children were already playing on with the games. This episode, Omega, and the rest of the children were sleeping, and they were wokened up to start the day, plus Omega is wearing her "prison/Tantis" clothes. So I feel at least a day went by.
@@chrisschultze6974 I'm like you I was hooked by the end of the first scene of the first episode, Yes, the quality of the Animation is outstanding, if you go back and have a look at the Clone Wars animated movie, the animation has come so far. I don't think that it was as bad as a lot have said, and how hated Ahsoka was.
The music for the whole series is top class, I studied music at Adelaide South Australia's Elder Conservatorium of Music, one of the electives I took was music in movies, so I understand the importance of what it adds to each scene and each episode. Kiner is a musical genius, and his siblings are up there with him.
Rampart is arrogant enough to think if he betrays the batch the Empire will welcome him back, I don't think so. I'm still undecided about which way he will go.
I'm about to watch it for the 7th time making sure I have picked up every fine detail that Filoni likes to slip in.
I'm still convinced that the clone rebellion will happen later, and this is the birth of the Path.
100% agree!
the last episode and this one are great , can’t wait for the next
Utidiiiiiii ❤😮🎉. Oh my... That was a nerve-wracking episode!!!!
And the music was incredible!!
The kids in the vault only need a distraction to escape. It's going to be the batch and they're not getting out. Lets hope Asaaj arrives to rescue Omega and the younglings.
Maybe Ventress and Quinlan(If he learns about Ventress being alive) can come to help.
I don't see how or why she would appear on Tantis
@Alex-qo7ke there has to be a purpose because she wa supposedly dead!
@damianoby8540 exactly Why, at this point, I don't see why she has been brought back. Maybe a foil for ashoka in her season 2?
I keep hoping for Asaaj as Mando's live interest / Grogu's force Sensei
what if omega can teach them the force? she may or may not be force sensitive but she knows about it where the other kids do not. what if she can and it aids in their escape? maybe a little too much of a theory for only 2 episodes left but that would be cool.
Great episode. Im so hoping the younglings survive this, but where would they be hiding for so long while the rebellion builds? It's not like Omega to sit out a mission while others lives are on the line.
It's always important to remember that all of the properties show a tiny number of people in a small part of the galaxy. Sure there are some people that interconnect all the different groups but we haven't even begun to see all of the different Rebel Cells and exiled Jedi and/or Force sensitives out there.
Its building nicely. I hope they have another spin off in the planning as this is good stuff and Id love to see more.
Indeed it was an exiting episode and the beginning of the end.Tantiss is the next stop and the adventures will be the best ever am sure. The question is will Omega be gone if they arrive or will they meet her half way, will whe see other clones like Rex helping them?.Am looking forward for the last episode even knowing there will be sad things to see.The force will be dark the last episode.
ECHO CARRIED THIS MISSION ON ONE SCOMP LINK!
but the amount of screen time he got this week makes me fearful that he may not survive
Omega is the heart soul spirit and essence of the entire Star Wars epic. She must prevail
Amazing episode 10/10
I can't believe it's almost over. I just hope all remaining bad batch members survive and are some how associated with the new series they are working on.
The tension in building for an epic conclusion. Hope it's a satisfying one, and also answers all our questions
Thanks Meg! What Did You Find? Our Way Out
Couldn't help but think of the line from Andor when they're sneaking around the Empire station... "You just walk in like you belong" ❤️🥲
Ironic. They do belong... to the Empire... from a certain point of view.
This episode was great! The tension was so high! Omega and Rampart were the stars of this episode imo. I was living for Rampart’s sass and arrogance. He reminded me of Tala pulling rank and being a dick in ep4 of Kenobi. And Omega is really coming into her own with the strategizing and tactics. I knew she’d find a way to break herself and the other kids out. I just hope it works. And I loved seeing Echo helping out and pretending to be a droid again. I got a chuckle when Rampart was like do you think I’m lying? And the others were like yes. Next week’s gonna be crazy! I’m not ready.
Rampart almost look like Obi-wan kenobi, but i can't certain.
Yeah it was definitely a top tier episode. My heart was beating out of my chest on more than one occasion. It had everything, the Batch doing their thing, Omega doing hers, the Empire, and a bit of humour to break up the tension.
This episode Reminds me of one of my favorite movies from colombia
"Perro Come Perro" 2008
"Wow!" Was my reaction at the end of episode 13.
I love it I can't look away I was hooked from the start and hoping they make it 🙏
How is the green boy is not Beast Boy in Star Wars?
Yeah g'day,
I loved O channeling Richard Attenborough planning the ' Great Escape ' of the prisoners. I think Emerie is going to be grassed up by her jealous colleague.
WE need more Astromechs and Jawa.
I feel this has been the best episode of the series and narrowly beats the return of Asajj.
A solid 9.999.
It's a goodnight from you and it's a goodnight from the broken, cantankerous, belligerent, obnoxious, obstinate, obstreperous, cynical Old Fart
That shuttle malfunctioned when latching on the Tantiss freighter. Hope The Batch is alright but expecting the worse ☠️
There won't be a conclusion.Necromancer has many tentacles. Thrawn says he's happy to assist the Red Witches with their project & that's what was loaded on his ship were the eons of dead Red Witches "cocoons" as they were on Dathomir. There's the Shadow Counsel. There's Hemlock's research. I don't think there will be a conclusion until the other shows end. Ahsoka , The Mandalorian, & whatever else concludes. Exciting !
Sculder? Thats totally an x-files reference. Its mulder and scully's names combined
Apparently there was a clip from this episode that was in the trailer
Thanks Meg! 🙏🏼
Why does Rampart remind me of a non force sensitive Obi Wan?😂
Best episode. Tension high and loved it
Always! Indeed
Sooo much tension, especially at the end. I was holding my breath as they were approaching the research vessel. 😮💨😮💨😔😔
I am so scared because I don’t know what’s going to happen next!! I’m shaking like a leaf!!
Thanks Meg👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Rex wasn't there most likely because they didn't intend to go to tantis right there, they were only there to get coordinates
I wonder if we're going to see Nala Se make more clones, which they reminded us of that Kamino facility.
The tension at the end… damn!
Rampart reminds me of the king in the movie Shrek
The first Shrek? As the Magic Mirror reminded him, technically he wasn't a king. Maybe Fiona's dad in the second movie is who you're referring to? Nah don't see it....
@@ashleighelizabeth5916 square head guy. Voice is totally the square head guy. lol
@@stannelson2582 Lord Farquaad, yeah definitely not a king. LOL
Anyone else notice that Rampart sounds like Kallius so the actor could make a good live action version
It was great episode for sure
couldnt the empire see tantiss as a liability the second its compromised, evacuating and destroying it like the other installation? how can they end this on us damn it? BATCHER FOR LIFE!!!
This episode was awesome!
I have uncertain that Rampart look like a Obi-wan kenobi clone while Obi-wan in tatooine.
Loved it
Spectacular ending to this episode 😮
Hi Meg , awesome news update, I really enjoyed this episode the clones were very close to missing the shuttle but they got their, rampart loved being an officer again, Omega trying to get out is great I hope they get away, it is going to be an exciting finish to see wether the BB find Omega and she can get all the children outwith her, 9 out of 10 for me again thank you SWM
I rly don't want to watch the last 2 episodes. However even if i dont, the story will still be completed, and some of the characters will die.
I made the following predictions be4 the season started:
- Echo will most certanly die;
- Omega will most certanly survive;
- Hunter will probably die;
- one of Crosshair and Wrecker will make it through. Probably Wrecker.
Тhe way the story is going it seems to me that I would make the same prediction now. I would like to be wrong and they all make it, however I cant see it happening, especially with the way they found how to reach Tantiss - i.e by warning the Empire.
They can’t kill her. She’s become too awesome…sweet, super-empathetic & bad-a$$. If Omega Dies, We Revolt!
Ok.. I have twitter/X. People on twitter were saying, that Tech & Fives, would be in this episode. I guess, they were Wrong!!
I can't help but wonder about a ship entering hyperspace travel... Thinking of basic physics involving mass, inertia, etc., wouldn't attaching another ship to the one making the jump mess up all the calculations involved?! Suddenly a lot of extra mass is added, the CG has changed, and the thrust and inertia needed for transitioning to hyperspace travel would have changed dramatically. I can't see that working out very well... 🤔
I can't believe that you're so kiddy. Unless you're receiving something to behave this silly. 😅
Hello SW Meg:
Rampart does not know about the CX project (Deathtroopers) of Dr. Hemlock. So by the Batch darkening their armor, they will look like CX troopers to other imperial officers. It's a simple, but clever deception.
Regarding Rex, (this may be a longshot) I suspect that Rex took CX-1 suit (who was captured) and used it to infiltrate Mt. Tantiss already. He is doing reconnaissance of the base. He saw Omega brought back there, and is waiting for the opportunity to get her back.
But it is true. Mt Tantiss may work the end of Cline Force 99. The clone rebellion will likely happen but only Rex and Omega will make it out of Tantiss.
Woulda been a 10 for me if the season wasn't 15 episodes.. I felt like at this point the calvery would be put together already making it to Tantiss with battles making it on the screen!! Have to wait and see.
when that ship locked on I cheered!!! :):) Bad Batch FTW!!!!! ain't going out like that :) and our girl on the inside working her own crew :):) loved it :):)
This was a great episode.
Was the opening different? The Lucas film logo reminded me of the one used at the end of last four episodes in season seven of the clone wars.
In S01E01 "Aftermath", Omega escaped the cell on Kamino after Wrecker punched the wall out. If Omega can escape the vault on Tantiss through the walls in a similar fashion without the need of teaching the kids how to use the Force, I am completely mystified how the plot is going to turn out and I consider that a good thing
Comment 99! Or Comment Force 99!! Great episode!
Enjoyed your recap but why did you spoil part of the next episode?!
You hit it, SWM: Tension. And it's increasing every minute, every second, until the end of the series. Gripping.... 😬
Every CZcamsr - "great episode, but they're going to die! They're all going to die!" No, one character might, but they're not all going to. The calvary consisting of Rex and others will arrive to help.
10/10
Good, tense episode but I feel like the 2nd half of this season has just been stretched out too much, leaving little time for a significant clone uprising in the finale.
I still think echo survives to create the future rebel echo base on hoth?
I wish you would get a better microphone (have you heard this before). Very muffled... sorry.
I think the Tech story-line is done. It's too late for the Shadow Agent to be Tech.
❤
“Maybe you'd like it back in your cell, Your Highness”
Will omega be mom.of Rey or will she get Carbonite
She won’t be Rey’s mom
liked the episode.1 quibble. shouldn't the droids been black? most of the r2 style droids on empire ships have been black. maybe i'm gaslighting myself. lol. Omega always trying to escape. go girl
There’s no way people talk like this irl
Am I watching a different show than everyone else
Entirely possible. Some people don’t actually watch stuff and then complain about it
"Spoiler" Omega sacrifice herself for the kids and her sister helps but dies only wrecker lives
There is a reason why Rex is absent in these last few episodes,he's in rebels
The bad batch must lose and be eliminated for this series to have any credibility in the end
Is this AI voice over? It’s awful! Please use your voice
The episode was just a little over 20mins 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ not a huge episode at all…… more of a filler than anything really.
Good actor to play rampart in live action should be Edward Norton?
Has the move ever been done before in Star Wars like when the Batch attached their ship to the bottom of the Imperial ship right before it went into hyperspace? Loved it!
Loved it but episode 4 is still my favorite of the season so far.
