We always looked forward to it cos she made it extra special. She also taught me how to make this special stew and I started cooking this stew at age 12!

Hello dear! Hope the taste was good! One secret to preparing a thick ofe akwu is in the cream. If you are using and already prepped cream, don't add too much water to it, especially when cooking meat or your protein!
If you are using palm nuts, don't use too much water.
If maybe the cream is watery, you can fry tomatoes and add to it.
