The sirens are real sirens. The normal tornado sirens like the one at the bank is a Aca siren and the creepy one thats the red one at the fire station is a thunderbolt 1003. The thunderbolt did a hi-lo and the aca did attack (im a siren enthusiast lol)

I lived in Wisconsin irl for time period in the past and i can confirm the sirens actually sound just like that. I had some occasional tornado drills.
