In this video I do a quick breakdown and explanation of every base Accuracy-related perk in Destiny 2, including Exotic Weapon Trait Perks, Intrinsic Perks, and other general Trait Perks on Legendary Weapons in Destiny 2 Season of the Worthy. This includes Targeting Mods, The Last Word, Sweet Business, Fighting Lion, Lucky Pants, Precision Frame, High-Impact Frame, Dynamic Sway Reduction, Firmly Planted, Under Pressure, Eye of the Storm, Opening Shot, and Tap the Trigger in Destiny 2. - Hry
This video breaks down each *general* accuracy related triats/perks, not including hip-fire specific perks/mods and in-air accuracy perks/abilities/mods. This is an introduction to preface a deeper dive into each of these accuracy perks individually. *C O N E G A N G*
*IMPORTANT* I should have mentioned with all this crosshair business, crosshairs change (although hold similar/same information) with FoV. I don't know why and can't explain it yet though. Lower FoV makes it easier to see Accuracy changes, while higher FoV is easier to see AA changes. Many perks I mentioned while at lower FoV proves they do increase initial accuracy as well. thanks for all the in-depth looks into these perks drewsky i found this very helpful and your moving target vid made me get a new mindbenders roll. my new one is full choke assault mag slideshot and moving target add enhanced shotgun targeting on top of that and it has been the most consistent shotgun I've ever had

Awesome work in this video Drewsky - something I'm curious about is how opening shot affects aim assist cones on a gun that already has 100 Aim Assist, such as a dire promise + targeting mod. I know you mentioned you'll do a future indepth video about opening shot, so I figured I'd leave this question here in case you see it before you make your video!

Tap the Trigger is one of my favorite perks (MnK). On things like The Hero's Burden and other 900rpm SMGs it helps with consistency in getting headshots immensely and can MELT someone (seemingly) before tap the trigger even goes away. It's probably also a combination of The Hero's Burden but its like a freaking laser beam and I love it.

General is the same as normal specific
So what your saying is lucky pants, fighting lion switch to a hand cannon that has opening shot accurized rounds,firmly planted, moving target and tap the trigger double enhanced hand cannon targeting and a targeting adjuster, did I miss anything lol

I had to watch it twice, at 720p60, but after looking at it, someone else sniped him right before Conesky did. You can see the health bar go almost to zero.
Wait nope now I don't know because all his teammates were down. Honestly looks like a bug.
Yeah probably just some consistency issues on Bungie's part, not Conesky because you can see he was expecting to have to do a follow up shot.

@@digantohaque2662 You can see him at full health before Conesky sniped him, then his health bar almost hits zero after the bullet hits, then just drops to zero right before Drewsky was about to get that second shot in.

On a side note: If there is a cap, this makes me theorize if an opening shot/quickdraw HC roll (Thin Line) can compete with Lucky Pants's buff. Pros/cons and all that.

So I had a question maybe one of you could answer. I play console and when I activate slideshow and keep shooting, it reactivates the opening shot on it. This is mainly on the dreaming city hand cannon. Is that suppost to happen?

Hahaha, YES! So many people put down 140 RPM snipers as being bad and useless in PvP, but you showed that it can most certainly do work. And especially in a place like Trials. What's your opinion on them? I know this video isn't about them, but I can't just ignore background clips like that. My friend who loves 140s prefers them for the stats, and the ability to make follow up kill very quickly. He also mentions that a rapid fire sniper not being able to kill most supers normally isn't really an issue if you never give your opponents the chance to get their super to begin with. In our practice as a team in trials, it is very true.
In regards to the actual topic of the video, fantastic as always. It would be nice if Bungie gave us better means of which to test perks. mostly because Bungie seems quite intent on making us discover perks on our own. Hopefully some glitch comes along that allows us to fire weapons in third person with proper reticles.
As for in air accuracy, there are some spots in certain destinations that count as being "in air" but allow you to remain stationary. I think even a few crucible maps have such weird texture as well. There's a spot on Titan not too far off by the initial spawn area by Sloane that have a nice wall close enough to shoot at. Basically, you just stand between some diagonal solar panels and mildly fight sliding off of them, and it counts as being in air. Just a small tip.
These videos are reminding me of a Halo youtuber by the name of Aozolai. He spent a lot of time breaking down many weapons and weapon variants in Halo 5. His breakdowns are extremely good, and is definitely helped by the fact that you can use forge worlds to help making a good test environment .
Keep up the good stuff man. Soon we will know every mystery behind the weapon sandbox. Until it gets turned on it's head anyways.
Is Eye of the Storm worth it? I have an Ancient Gospel with EotS/Kill clip, and while I like the perk, I'm wondering it it's worth using over other stability/accuracy perks.

Lucky Pants + TLW + Targeting Mods = Jaren Ward level gunslinging. Makes using TLW so fucking clean, granted you need something to keep enemies at range but overall a really fun loadout. Now all we need is an exotic for Top Tree gunslinger, possibly giving us a cowboy hat styled exotic so I can live my cosmic cowboy dream

Hey Drew, could you maybe do a vid about how these stats, aim assist, accuracy, etc., effect bows? You keep going back to hand cannons and autos, I know their meta and that maybe why, but I feel like these stats effect bows differently. I have done some minor testing but not much has come out of it.

When I snipe I divide between the two. With HC, I usually stack them up. That being said for HC/shotty, you could run precision/enhanced shotgun targeting, little bit less HC consistency in favor of a mix of both shotgun and HC consistency.

What is the chance that crosshairs work totally differently in hip fire than on ADS, all these assumptions might be wrong ?
They represent the same because we can see the ADS crosshairs, and if need be (as I've done a few times) we can go back to D1 to confirm theories when necessary since you can shoot ADS with crosshairs in that game in 1 mission. Weapon systems haven't changed from D1 in the slightest
the best thing was the cones we met along the way...

AFAIK box breathing increases range, and while that technically increases accuracy, isn't directly an accuracy-buff perk

I have an SMG with tap the trigger and then I tap the trigger and shoot one bullet then hold on the fire button it's so dramatic even done sites it's so bad but didn't want to just hold on the trigger it's way more accurate way less recoil
