Milky Way (at Explorer Bar)
INGREDIENTS:
½ Brazilian soursop, muddled
1 ½ oz Vodka
1 ½ oz Brazil nut milk*
¼ oz Lime juice
Crushed ice
Glass: Milk jar
*Brazil nut milk:
Blend 100g Brazil nuts with 500mL water for 2 minutes. The liquid should take on a milky texture. Add the liquid to a pot with 500g brown sugar. Let it rest for 24 hours, then strain.
