Could mismatch tread depth on steer tires cause vibration as well?

new volvo truck rear drive shaft out of PHASE . my dealer was to stupid to fix so this went on for almost 80000 miles it eat up 2set of tires. but still has vibration that is more heat related . 50 to100 miles to warm it up

Mine shakes from 40 to 50 mph it's a 2020 vnl 740 mainly driver side 46000 miles on the truck
