    The curling iron might be the healthier option. Yes, it gets very hot but you only have to go over each section once. The brush is not as hot but you end up having to do more passes. Mechanical damage is worse than heat damage.

    Not gonna work on wavy curly hair well cuz it’s fighting the patterns that was permed in. Try those kitch pillow rollers.

    I think the sections you’re using are too large for the amika and you’re also going too fast :0
    The benefit of curling irons is that you can take much larger sections of hair and it’s hotter

    I have so many issues with amika, a professional brand, releasing a hot tool with very little control over the heat setting. You probably won’t see it on many hair stylists stations because of this.
