two questions. have you always studied the same way? like since the beginning of the program, prerequisites and nursing classes?

I am considering transferring from Galen. I am a self learner but i am wondering how the classes compare. I work nights so I haven’t been able to to speak with anyone.
The classes at NG are mostly assignments and reading from the textbook. You can always look up videos on topics you don’t understand. But definitely all self taught
I’ll be going into my second semester starting with BSN 205. By watching your videos, it sounds intimidating. So scary. Lol.
How did you do?
Did you do any other program as far as nursing and did you have all your prerequisites done before starting the program
I would like to know how the clinicals are? I live in Vegas but I would like to move back home while in school So I will need to travel. Housing is very high here now.
Is there no online lectures from instructors?

How many hours per day of busy work and studying? i want to start sept. im a busy mom of 2 who works full time so i just want to make sure it will be do-able
are you an ambassador for the school? I never hear you say anything negative, yet you seem to have an honest take on it, so you should really consider it.
No I’m not an ambassador for the school. I don’t get any credit for making videos on Nightingale. I just like to share my experience because when I was looking to school I couldn’t find any videos or any reviews on the school. I think it helps when other people see your side of things. It’s better to get honest opinions from real students than just advertisements.
Please make and Anke "basic" video because I know nothing nor care about all the tech. I just want to know how to use it for nursing. thanks
Yes!!! I will definitely do that one soon! It’s similar to quizlet but it has space repetition which is great for retaining information. I am thinking of making a quiz let vs anki video! Coming very soon love!
Are the discussions for the general education courses or is it for the core nursing courses.
Hello Danee! In my experience, I’ve had discussions for both general ed and nursing courses.
Hello. For your exams, does the school use like ATI? Or how are exams proctored,done?
I’m sorry for the late reply! The school does not use ATI. They use Hesi for all of their exams. Exams are proctored through ProctorU
