Your food looks so good and yes it’s always fun when your children want to help in the kitchen!
My son helped me a lot in the kitchen and today he has his own family and he knows how to cook very well
    Thanks for sharing this video
    God bless

I live in the Pacific Northwest as well and I love these beautiful days right before summer :-) everything is so green and beautiful. I would never want to live anywhere else, feeling so blessed to live where I live:)

I absolutely love your sourdough sandwich bread recipe! It is so soft and yummy! We also love mushrooms and are fortunate to have a mushroom farm down the road from us. They sell their mushroom and many other organic veggies and items as well. It's always so convenient to run down the road for some mushrooms or an ingredient we need. Love watching your sweet videos. Thanks for sharing😊

I decided to try again on making a starter. On day 2 feed I was so excited, it was so bubbly and had grown. On day 3 feed it was still beautifully bubbly, but on day 4 it was flat with no bubbles. I was so sad! I'm trying again today. Do you think I can use it for baking on day 3 if it is bubbly like my last try?
My granddaughter is a bug lover, too, lately. My daughter says she loves picking them up and letting them crawl on her, hahaha! Her mommy hates bugs!

It’s probably just hungry! You can’t kill a starter in 4 days so don’t throw it out.. I would keep it in the fridge at least overnight so it doesn’t get too hungry. I posted the link in the video description to the full tutorial if you want to give it a read!

About baking, yes you can use it but it’s basically sourdough discard at that point if it’s flat and only 4 days old. You want to get it to bubbly and doubled in size before trying to make bread.

      Luckily I don’t mind the bugs 😂
