Is it 50% whole grain einkorn or einkorn APF mixed with the regular APF for the sourdough?
@@76katster 50% all purpose einkorn with 50% regular all purpose :)

I send these videos to my daughter in law to encourage her in the art of homemaking! It doesn’t come so naturally in this generation but with videos like these you inspire the young and old!😉
Is the starter you use for the sourdough sandwich bread made with only einkorn APF?

@@76katster my starter is a mixture of both. However, a 100% einkorn starter will also work.

@@mrsupchurch2987 we do! We use a 3 part under the sink filter.
