Just for context, this is before Anderson Cooper came out. Interesting to hear him hype up Primer Impacto for the women's short skirts and legs.
I don't think those two things are related at all. He described what he saw. I don't think that's hyping things up.
Also noticed how he joked about Playgirl magazine towards Conan saying “how do you know that?”
I remember watching this when it aired and freaking out that Walter Mercado was being mentioned on Conan. If you haven't seen the Netflix documentary about him, highly recommend

Walter Mercado, is One of the Few interviews; where Howard Stern, was "Walking on Egg Shells". It was like having Liberace, in His studio ... potential "Comedy Gold". But frankly, Stern seemed to be too frightened, to pursue it. Perhaps He thought Mercado, would cast some "Ju - Ju", in return ??? Regardless, It was Bizarre !
