Jim Carrey was always gold in any talk show. While Jim always went 100% on everyone's show, I feel like he enjoyed Conan's the most.
They have similar tastes in physical comedy plus they are friends in real life not just on talk show appearances so he probably felt more comfortable and able to be himself.

This might be my FAVORITE Late Night episode. It ends with an incredible performance of the Shaft theme, arranged and conducted by Isaac Hayes and performed by the Max Weinberg 7. EPIC!
