Hi Sunny I watched your videos but still wanted to ask where should I place my attention when I’m not using my mind? Is it okay to place it on body sensations? I feel like you didn’t answer that part in your last video

@@selfinquiryschoolits About Second last year, i Used to do Anapana Satti Meditation By Observing Breath But unknowingly i created a Fake ego that Im the one who is making the body breathe and Once a Night While sleeping My attention moved to my Breath unwillingly and i Got Afraid when i noticed my breath stopped for some seconds (which was actual very normal thing when body relax) and after that I suffered Panic Attacks due to that fear of Not Focusing on Breathing....And I left meditation for almost two years but i have now started again as Now I have experienced that Those fears were fake and created By my ego Now im very Carefull About Practice...Btw can u give any Suggestion so that This time i dont fall into Same trick of distracting me from Meditation by my mind again ?

Sure, but then continue to see that even the breath is observed. Even the breath is known by you. Try to notice the awareness of breath
