    sir what we do instead of hill bounding in off season plan
    we are training on flat route we have now mountain .
    and we training for flat 100 mile
    can we change 10 km hill bounding in
    2km warm up
    6km tempo zone 3
    2km cool down

    Would you race a 75-100km race 2 montha prior your 120km race?

      I don’t really like doing prep races. I think that back-to-back long runs are a much better option, but if you know that prep races work for you then go for it!
