Hello, I made a cake using this recipe for my mother's birthday yesterday and it came out so good. I put ganache toppings on it. However, when I alternated the 1 tbsp of vanilla essence with rose flavour, it came out really strong. Maybe if I'm not using vanilla essence then I should reduce it.
Question: Can I alternate the 1/4 cup oil with butter instead?
