Bill Hader playing the normal one is weirding me out 😂
Definitely not playing the normal one, just a quite one
😂😂😂 same cringe ish. Jason.
Kristen too
Hader is doing a great job playing the guy who is in literal pain trying to keep a straight face in the midst on Jonah's brilliance 🤣🤣
It's not cringy at all . This generation should be in a sketch that points out how they use over-the-top phrases for subtle situations that aren't extreme at all.
Have fun with the end of Western Civilization you bunch of dumb monkeys
Bill's the one who brought forward the idea of Adam Grossman.
bill hader literally sat there and still gave an oscar winning performance
True
That's what I thought. He should have a bunch of them by now.
He's got a bunch of Emmys.
I think people have started undermining oscar winning performance. Literally every decent acting I hear "oh its an oscar winning performance." Hey, I got news flash for you, its acting just acting. Actors are supposed to be convincing. Oscar winning performance usually mean they went above and beyond to perform that acting role. Just saying! Having said that Bill Hader is a good comedic actor.
lol not at all.
Bill Hader's embarrassed face makes this sketch. Poor guy.
Agreed
Batman Lannister this kid is really articulate
I hope you were saying poor guy to the character and not Bill Hader. He wrote the sketch.
Bill Hader is a comedic god
yeah the only reason he doesn’t crack up here is because it’s his sketch😂
This premise is ingenious. A 6 year old who channels a middle-aged Jewish movie producer at a Benihana. That’s delicious comedic fodder.
I feel like this is what Weinstein is like
He's a 6-year old Don Rickles - comic genius!
Probably got transferred by a middle-aged yewish producer
Ok professor 🙄
it wasn't funny, but it WAS clever.
Oh my god, Bill was so effin adorable here!! He barely had to speak, but you could understand what was going through his mind throughout the whole thing.
Bill Hader is so cute in this sketch omg
He always is😍
Are you familiar with the work of Zack and Cody lol I died 😁
I did too. Cuz ik I'm actually familiar w/the work of Zack & Cody.
I'm so so sorry for your loss...
Bill's "I should have worn a condom" expression throught this video is pure gold 🤣🤣🤣
Honestly, I’m not a huge fan of this sketch or Jonah Hill.
I’m joking. I’m six 🖐🏼☝🏼
IM KIDDING! I’m six!!!! 👍🏼🤚🏼
Nice
is that Bert Macklin on your profile??
@@gargeekulkarni2141 yep
I’m six!!!🖖🏾🤘🏾
bill looks so adorable in this sketch and he's such a great actor, his whole aura changed into that of a low self esteemed person wow
Zach and Cody? Somebody in the SNL writing room is a man of culture.
Indeed
Zach and Cody is just a disney channel show, not culture. Now Corey in Da House.....
Joey Perez nah zacK and cody is a masterpiece
Pretty sure that was John Mulaney. Totally sounds like him.
Well.... this bit was in 2008, right when Suite Life of Zack and Cody finished on Disney Channel and Suite life on Deck started on Disney XD
"Arigato and mozzletoff to you" 😂😂😂
dotdot dot it’s mazel tov
I wish I was this much of a wingman when I was 6.
Oh god no! You'd get slapped upside the head
🤚☝️
"CHARDONNAY?! FINE CAN YOU ALSO BRING HIM A DRESS AND TWO TICKETS TO "RENT""!!!
I DIED
DAMN!
'Chardonnay'? Way to man-up, dad'. 😂
“ the walls in your condo are thinner than Shelly Duval “ LMAOOOO !!
Yeah, she’s fat now and mental.
@@alisongrace4334 That sux. I used to really like her. She was awesome in 3 Women.
"Ladies, are you familiar with the work of Zach and Cody?"
Best part😂
bill: im literally jus . im literally just sitting here
When he says "smile! It's a joke!" It's so META because Bill is fighting to not die laughing the whole time I LOVE it.
It's a joke dad! Smile!! He yelled in his ear, and I fell out laughing.
I love the Adam Grossman sketches so much 😂😂
rory calhoun what attitude IM JOKING IM JOKING
This one is the best 😅
@@mylismarz your 6 😄
"I'll file that one under empty threats."
I feel like this is what got him the role in Wolf on Wallstreet.
Jonah kills this skit, talented for only being 6, can’t wait to see him when he’s all grown up
Bill so handsome here!
"OH! OH! NOW WE'RE TELLIN SECRETS!"
I love this skit and this character but it always look so terribly exhausting for jonah!!
Probably because he's so overweight
@@Rachel98246 not anymore again
@CazMatazz dammit. So the cycle continues..
You're right, sitting on the floor and talking loudly are exhausting.
Yeah...he seemed out of breath
i can't believe Bill kept straight face that whole sketch!
HADER HOLDING HILL’S HAND AT THE END 😭💖💖💖
nobody:
everyone in the comments: bill hader just had to sit there and say a few words but 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Mallory Atack its true tho 🥴 like he just sat there like 😐😶 and its actually cute :(
Now we're telling secrets...killed it!
I love that little manuever Hill does at 3:45, so he can wipe the sweat from his face. :D
Can we appreciate Bill and Kristen that, for once, are playing the normal ones ahaha
Every time I watch the Adam Grossman skits, I feel like I’ve had the uncomfortable pleasure of sitting next to a guy just like this at happy hour.
Absolutely!
Bill looks so uncomfortable it's hilarious 😂😂😂
I love any Zack and Cody reference
You're joking, you're six!
If there were to be a GTA V movie, he could totally play Jimmy De Santa
I actually thought he voiced him in the game, turns out it was the younger Pete from "Pete and Pete"
llinkii no because Jimmy was only in Gta V
Greg! Totally agree
Danny tamberelli needs work
I've played this sketch for like 10 times now and I cant stop laughing
I love watching Jonah do this character! It's so funny to think of a child being so strangely precocious.
This is how I imagine Danny Bonaduci as a six year old.
this was super funny! i almost died "are you familiar with the work of zak and Cody" hahaha
The walls in my apartment are thinner than Shelly Duvall 😂😂 lmao this sketch is a laugh
I can’t get enough of this bit! This is Jonah Hill’s “David S Pumpkins”!
I watched all of the Adam Grossman skits...Jonah Hill nails it every time, he doesn't have any problems with his lines, I think most of it is off the top of his head
Watch his eyes, he’s reading off cue cards on both sides of the stage. But that doesn’t take away from the insane talent he is in being able to deliver these lines with perfection. Seth Meyer had him as a guest on the show and they talked about how Jonah, Bill and him stayed up all night writing the sketch and practicing it and laughing.
The fact he remembered so much dialogue is incredible.
You do realize they use teleprompters or cue cards in these SNL sketches? What do you think he's looking at? His mother?
haha I hope he was trolling cuz its obvious that he read
TelePrompTer. See him look left and right stage to read it. Or big cue cards. Im sure he ad libbed some too. Funny nonetheless....v
@@detectivesargeantbrucerobe6046 HaHA! He may be because HE's SIX!!
@@robjontay5052no, cue cards. Teleprompter could fail
One of the best recurrent characters in SNL history
This is a top 10 sketch concept in the history of SNL.
4:45 I like how Jonah could still maybe pass for a kid even after he stands up.
One of my favourite sketches.
Jonah kills this! A Great Character! Bill just sitting there awkwardly plays off him so well!
“It’s like living with paint if paint cried and complained about how expensive gas is” sooooooooooo clever and hilarious
No one:
Jonah Hill: ITS A JOKE DAD
hi
I wish there were more of these sketches
Chardonay! Way to man up dad.
Whos here after the new one released... Wait I'm 6
Moi
Hahahaha
Bill Hader acted exactly like my dad did after my parents divorce loooool
This is low key one of the best SNL characters
Soon Jonah to be on everyone's favorite game show "Ohhhhhhh" at 3:23
Now I have to research how many times he’s been on the show lol this bit always kills
how i wish there was more adam grossman videos
Definitely!
Need more Adam Grossman lol best character ever lol
Interesting how Jonah Hill starts off unassured and builds into the juggernaut that Adam Grossman eventually becomes…never to look back.
rewatching these backward and it's amazing how they still managed to get even better in the later ones!
The "adventurous" joke killed me
these are so underrated. my favorite snl character
Adam Grossman is the best 6-year-old of all time.
Too funny--my new favorite SNL character!
Playing this character seems a whole exhausting to me >_<
But what do I know I’m six
Me too its gave me headache
Fave skit. Love Jonah Hill here.
This is freaking hilarious!!
Just watching before Jonah hill hosts Saturday soooooooooooooo...
I Love This So Much! Jonah Hill And Bill Hader Are Hilarious!
I LOVE ADAM GROSSMAN 😂
This HAS to be a Mulaney sketch. Beautifully weird.
Jonah is brilliant in this - especially with the Catskills influence.
BEEEP And he's flatlined😂😂😂Adam Grossman!!!😂😂😂😂
I just saw Superbad and now watching this skit is even better!!
Like the detail on the ramp to make dad look taller even when walking out.
Bill is so cute 😍
This sketch used to annoy me but now I can’t stop watching it.
I feel like I'm watching these out of order cause Jonah hill is getting younger.
The craziest thing about 2020 so far is that Adam Grossman is now a teenager.
I love the Jonah Hill as adam grossman sketches.
We need more adam grossman
the hands when showing his age. pure genius
"We're goin' through a rough patch right now. Such is life!"
This is like if Garfield could talk and everyone could hear and understand it.
SIX YEAR OLD ADAM IS MY ABSOLUTE FAVE plus bill hader Y U M
Anyone else hear “yoga”...with fruit on the bottom?? Thinking *what does that even mean????* lol. Soon to realize he said yogurt
This is the perfect character for him
4:43 the clapping makes it sound like his arm is being broken
I have a good family friend, who’s Jewish, and this is him 24/7....the voice the mannerisms lol funniest/nicest guy in the world lol
Even sad sulky Hader is hot AF.
He's an honest to goodness genius.
I'm starting to believe that he's lying about his age
"Such is life" Real shit.
This is every New Yorker I’ve ever met.
that hair looks great on kristen
+bicooo1 It's a wig...
no I got that
bicooo1 I was just making a pun ( kristen WIIG -> wearing a wig)
oooohhh :P
+bicooo1 eww
Why is this not a premise for a comedy movie.
This is a severely underrated bit.
2018 and rewatching it after Jonah Hill’s recent SNL episode hehe
