SNL should be a starting block, not a career. Bill Hader's extraordinarily talented and I'm glad he wasn't just doing SNL for the rest of his life.
Kate McKinnon ought stay there so I get to see her being funny or depressed for as often as possible. Kristen Whig has not had particularly funny jobs since leaving SNL as an instance of going on to movies as you recommend. It is in particular that I want to see Kate McKinnon often that I don't want to recommend she go out there somewhere else. Cicely Strong is beautiful and wants to sing on Broadway, so if that is what she wants to do, I am for her to go have a play on Broadway, though I will miss her. Now far as Pete Davidson, clearly he has been loved and given a home where he has flourished. I fear for him if he gets a big movie head. His own mental health will be threatened if he leaves SNL. I'll consider Colin Jost and Michael Che on another day.

I love Bill Hader he is one funny ass guy! FYI you can actually be allergic to cigarette smoke.
I mean you can be extremely sensitive to gluten too, but a lot of people really do make it up for attention... which makes it really hard for those people who actually have an allergy/severe intolerance. I even have a friend who is allergic to milk and will go into anaphylactic shock if they come into contact with it.
