Can Lion's Mane Mushroom Grow Brain Cells (NEW Research)

  • In this segment of The Mushroom Show (full episode here: • How Lion's Mane GROWS ... ), we break down new research that shows how compounds in Lion's Mane are able to cross the blood brain barrier and help grow new brain cells. Scientists isolated different extracts from the fruiting body of Lion's Mane and measured the effect it had on the size of neurons and the number of neuronal connections. The results are remarkable! If this is the same way it works in the human brain, it could explain why so many people experience cognitie benefit from this amazing mushroom.

@@lenzp4133 I was looking for scientific papers. If you follow this channel, you can check out posts like this on FreshCaps website:
**Under the right conditions, the mycelium will start to grow, rapidly devouring and decomposing the organic material in a process known as “colonization.”
The mushrooms are ready to fruit once the substrate is fully colonized- meaning it has been completely consolidated and encompassed by the mycelium.**
What that means is that the mycelium is replacing much of what was the organic material present. Mycelium does have benefits, and in fact, some of the compounds that are found in the mycelium are not found in the fruiting body. That is why I was hoping to find papers that compare the two.
Thank you for your feedback just the same. I appreciate you looking out for people to help them avoid scammers.

@@LeasCraftStudiohmmm how long do you have to be using it for to experience the side effects? Plus do the side effects go away after you stop using it??

Be extremely careful with this stuff. Look at the side-effects Ryan Russo (of CZcams) has and is currently experiencing.
Search for "Ryan Russo Linos Mane Ruined My Life" and see for yourself.
