How to replace your stuck / binding / seized brake calipers in less than 20 mins!

If your brake calipers are seized or binding, or the piston is stuck, you may notice a burning smell or perhaps be able to feel the heat coming from your wheel.
I had this on my 2005 Land Rover Discover 3 (LR3) and replaced each brake caliper with new parts in less than 20 mins each side.
The same process applies to most vehicles, in this case it would be idenitical for a Discovery 4 / LR4.
