hi Lexi! I think letting my hormones settle down after getting off hormonal birth control helped the most. I also found a new skincare routine through Haldi Skin which has helped a lot! I will definitely continue to share what works for me. I know it’s super difficult though, dealing with adult acne 🤍

I really want to use eucalyptus in our shower as well, but I've heard eucalyptus is toxic for dogs. Is this true?
Before you take the eucalyptus out of the plastic wrapping, roll it with a rolling pin, it breaks up the oils and it will be more fragrant for longer ☺️

This coming from a dietitian who has to know a lot about food service and food science. You shouldn’t wash your berries to far in advance. You should wash them right before you eat them because they will go bad faster if you wash too soon before eating
This is interesting! Is it necessary to soak rather than just rinse berries? I’ve heard we’re too ‘clean’ these days which isn’t good long term for the immune system
