I know how you feel in high jump
I was training a lot got 1.24 at zone 1.26 at little A's then jumped 1.30 then at regionals I had difficulty jumping 1.17 and luckily got 1.22 then at 1.27 I banged my head because I wasn't concentrating.
Perigrinus Buddy it happens sometimes unfortunately. Best thing to do is reflect and figure out what went wrong so we don’t make the same mistakes again 😊
