I loved those episodes with Bud. The hospital scene was kind of funny.
Ever notice how much having Kelly changed how heartbroken Adalind was that Diana was gone? She missed her but it really had the feel her love and caring for Nick emboldened her and her dealing with life. Kelly was the icing and sprinkles on top of the cake. But her reunion later with Diana made her invincible and ready to fight anyone or anything over her three loves. Claire nailed the emotion in her part of the storytelling.
I always love Rosalee's confidence in Nick as a father
Rosalee definitely carried the show. The second she came in she became a fan favorite and everybody loved her. There really should've been at least a Monroe/Rosalee spin-off.
I know this may be odd to some, but I always thought Rosalie was the yin to Nick's yang. Would have found them as a couple to be very interesting. While i do love their almost sibling dynamic, she was really the type of woman Nick needed. I think when the show rewrote Adalind's personality that it had Rosalie in mind. I don't think it's a mistake that Adalind became very similar to Rosalie.
Rosalee has big sister energy about her. Grimm brother, hexenbiest sister in law. It’s a fun family.
Adalind changed her thinking of Nick in that moment. He showed up when she thought he wouldn't, didn't hesitate to declare he would be there, and showed appreciation at her choice of names. She saw kindness from someone she did so much harm to and i think it was the way he refused to treat her badly that really got to her. He never held her mistakes against her and she couldn't help but be drawn to that level of exceptance. When Adalind starts having trouble in the pregnancy, this marks the first time Nick showed genuine concern for her. I think it was the beginning of him placing Adalind's safety as a priority.
Adalind is my favorite character of all time. She stumbles her way to victory all the time and always end up on top. She the best.
Nice character arc. She was the one to make the first move to change too.
I didn’t like her at the beginning, but ended feeling sorry for her and then loving her. Juliette, for some reason, I never cared for. Her life with Nick seemed bland and routine and there was just no chemistry between them.

Nick was very happy about the birth of his son, although he did not show it, thanks to his son and the time spent with Adalind, he fell in love with her and his son.

Yeah Nick is that kind of character that doesn't outwardly show his emotions all that much but he still feels a lot and I really loved his journey with Adalind, I only wish we'd gotten more of the two of them than we did

This is when Nick received a change of his role (shifting point in his life): to become a child’s father.
I can see he’s not ready at all, things happened too fast for him to react. He’s still in a condition where he tries to process all of these things.
There’s definitely doubts in his heart, growing up without his father and mother during his teenage time, and he recently lost his mother once again. But I am glad that he went through the obstacles and learning to be a good father and husband. Monroe and Rosalee and Bud are very supportive, giving him the courage he needs to continue move on with his life.
Pretty sure he did want to be a father just not with adaline.
@@KentPetersonmoney Well, considering how Juliette "died" in his arms not too long ago, I don't think anyone would be able to accept another person so quickly. Everything was out of his plan from the moment he became Grimm, and I don't think any of us expected him to have Adalind as his child's mother. Sometimes when we make choices we just have to go with the flow, and Nick is the same.
It's a shame Kelly never got to meet his Grandmother before her brutal death.

this was such a surprising storyline, but it lead to the BEST ship of the show! Nadalind!! 🥰 naming the baby after the woman who died protecting her daughter, Nick's mom ... such a great moment for them! Still really hoping for a Grimm spin-off about Trubel, so we can have her visit Portland and the Scooby-Gang! 🤞🏼

I don't think that Adalind really even cared all that much that Kelly Burkhardt killed her mother tbh lol. She was a very mean twisted woman. She cast Adalind out for losing her powers, when her and Renard were the ones that put her in the path of Nick in the first place.
I dont know why, even though he plays a minor role in the show for the most part, Bud and the Eisbebers make me smile.
Bud is always fun.

Adalind was very respectful, and actually got along with Nick's mom too. Just imagine if she never died, the scenes we could've gotten between Nick, Adalind and Kelly (his mom).
Yes despite the fact nick's mom killed her mom ( even though kelly told her she didnt kill her directly, the mirror she fell on killed her ) adalind believed that and also because she wasnt in good terms with her mom ...also the fact that she saved her & diana and also took diana to keep her safe.. i think if they would have just told adalind that kelly had diana she would have understood it but they kept her in the dark.making her believe that it was the royal family which had diana & they tricked her into believing they had diana and made her to steal nick 's powers only to imprison her when she got to the royals to meet diana & learning that they didnt have diana.. she wouldn't have dont it if she knew where Diana was. Not to mention that Juliette becoming hexenbiest was a side effect of restoring nick's powers which only happened because adalind was kept in the dark about diana... Still she respected kelly because she protected diana and was the first to suggest the name because she knew what nick was going thru at that point being betrayed by someone you loved ...

This scene is a great example that time and tide waits for none.When Juliette had a chance to marry Nick, raise his kids, she threw it all away when she refused the ring just because she wasn't sure.
Problem is that Juliette never really trusted Nick...for a woman who lives with her lovedone/boyfriend, who's a cop, for 4 years and to have the reaction she had when he told her the truth...it's kinda weird 😳 She never trusted him, always questioning him and always bitching at times when things were tough for him as well. That's not love if you ask me. On the other hand Adalind is his soulmate, a complete opposit of Juliette in their relationship!

I just love Adalind! she had so many misfortunes in this show that I'm glad she got this moments of peace with her baby boy and making some peace with Nick. She deserve to be happy.

It’s funny how Adalind literally gave birth to her FIRST child in an abandoned shed in the middle of nowhere without any professional assistance (Meisner doesn’t count, not a doctor), but suddenly she has to do c-section with her second child, who was conceived right after Diana was born.

@@pd947 sad for those people then 🤷🏾♀️. You had a c-section you aren't gravely ill. You are made to stand and walk hours after the surgery. You can totally sit up. You may not look the best nor feel the best but you are able to do it IF you don't have crazy complications

Kelly was the best child Adalind gave birth to for enjoyment of the show. The writers completely oversold Diana in every way making her this unlikeable superpower that was supposed to be almost all knowing as a small child. Nick and Adalind had the best relationship and child.

Considering it's been cancelled I doubt it and tbh as happy as I am that Nick and Adalind are together the affect DG and BT's RL relationship had on the series back then when their relationship was only starting out imagine what it would be like now now that they are married. In fact I would go as far as to say if a new series ever were to be made or even a continuation of the original series that there would be even less scenes of Nick and Adalind than there ever were back then, if that's even possible, considering how little actual scenes there were especially showing the romantic/sexual side of Nick and Adalind's relationship! Apparently DG has said he would be happy as an occasional guest if anything new were to be made but that's it so I imagine if a new series were ever to be made he would appear on his own not with Adalind bcos DG and BT wouldn't allow that to happen!
@@lisaodom2756 DG is on an ABC show and BT is on a CW show now. They kiss and such on those shows. Or did you mean if (big IF) there were a new show based on their characters they wouldn't be together or DG wouldn't do scenes with CC bc he's married to BT?
@@rahbeeuh Hi yes I know they're both in new shows now but they are not in the same show together where one of them is in a relationship with someone else. The unfortunate thing in Grimm was for those of us who were happy that Nick and Adalind ended up together was BT was also in the show and her relationship with DG was just starting. When Juliette was killed by Trubel DG threatened to leave, and even when the producers agreed to bring Juliette back in some capacity apparently DG wasn't happy cos that didn't include Nick and Juliette getting back together. According to the rumours at the time and are still around, to say DG was unhappy with the Nick/Adalind storyline is an understatement! And what spoiled it for me and a lot of other people was if you watch the series again and look more closely at the latter episodes when BT comes back as Eve she is still in more or less every scene. One of the most ridiculous episodes is when she's in the tunnel and Adalind finds her collapsed. Where does she end up?! Living in the loft?! In real life that would never happen, an ex girlfriend living in the same house with her ex's new girlfriend! And what about the episode where Nick and Eve go through the portal. I imagine that was contrived so that DG and BT could spend time together away from him having to pretend he's in love with someone else, just the two of them apart from a few extras and the film crew on location! And taking all that into consideration can you imagine what a 7th season would be like?! Nick and Adalind's wedding would be awful imo cos no doubt BT would be there and tbh now that DG and BT are married I imagine that's probably why a 7th season will never happen and the only way for Grimm to come back would as a brand new series with new characters.
@@lisaodom2756 understandable. Sometimes actors who are married or dating work together and their characters have other partners on their projects. I wouldn't but some do it and some don't have a choice if it's part of the job. It's a privilege in BT & DG's case that they are no longer in that position.

It's much too late for any 7th season imo. I'd much prefer a series based on their kids or something new set in the same universe as Grimm.

That it's too late for a 7th series and that if they were going to do Grimm again it should be either with their children or a new Grimm altogether though I must admit I'd prefer it with their children plus Monroe and Rosalee's triplets rather than a new show altogether with a completely new Grimm, mainly as it would be a continuation of the original series which I'd prefer, as due to the fact that I've watched it so many times I've just become so fond of the regular characters so much so that I'm not sure I could watch a completely new Grimm altogether though like I said if they did do a new series with the children for the reasons I mentioned earlier, I don't think they should show Nick and Adalind's wedding as, imo the love story between Nick and Adalind was spoiled enough during Seasons 4-6 with Eve constantly hanging around, personally I couldn't stomach her being at their wedding in some capacity!
