For me it was so refreshing seeing a villain slowly turning to the good side and also, experiencing what a good life really is, when not working for the royals or getting bullied by her mother!
I love how nick says "their my responsibility" even through he had no idea that it was adalind when they did it. He still took the responsibility of being a dad.

My hot take: Juliette was perfect for Nick in season 1 and before. She was a great emotional support for him, and that's what he needed at that time in his life when he had no answers about his parents and his main concerns were more standard. But as Nick changed in the series, becoming stronger and more emotionally resilient, he didn't need her as much. This is when she started to go from being someone who was there when he needed to being someone who forced herself into Nick's problems to feel needed. Season 3 is when I saw their relationship start to devolve, because he didn't need an emotional support but she needed to be needed, so she became pushy and controlling.
I would've liked Nick and Adalind's relationship to have been more fleshed out, but I think Adalind was a good fit for Nick the Grimm. She doesn't see him as weak or as an idealized hero, but she loves and trusts who Nick is now. Nick's needs changed to needing to be understood and accepted for who he is, moral dilemmas and all, and Adalind does that. They needed more time to develop their relationship, but as the show depicted them (a couple who had just officially said "I love you" and were just starting to realize how much they needed eachother), I think they had a very sweet, promising relationship.
TLDR: Juliette was a good gf for early Nick, but Adalind was the right gf for post Grimm Nick.

In my opinion Juliette never truly loved Nick the way he loved her. Eventually, they would have broken it off anyways because she was never going to marry Nick and start a family. She was never sure if he really was "the one." There were always questions and excuses why she couldn't fully commit to him. At first, she said no because he was hiding things. After she knew everything it wasn't the right time. After that there was too much going on. She didn't love him deeply, she was comfortable. Adalind on the other hand craved what Nick craved. Commitment and a taste of normality. A stable family and relationship based on love and not usership. That's why they ultimately lasted.
I agree. Vet Juliette and Cop Nick were a great pair. even though i was never a big juliette fan, I loved how devoted Nick was to her. In 1x01 aunt Marie warns Nick to let Juliette go. but he doesn't, so he spends all this time, effort and energy lying to her. As for Nick & Adalind, they were always endgame, in 3x17 Juliette states Carl Jungs theory of Synchronicity (things are connected through meaning) to explain Kelly bringing Adalind to Nick, in 1x01 we literally see their first Spontaneous Encounter! It was always Nick's fate to save/protect Diana from Zerstörer, putting him and Adalind on a collision course! I also wish we'd had more time to see the evolution of Nick & Adalind's relationship. their engagement/wedding etc! not to mention the Monrosalee babies!! hopefully NBC will give us a Trubel spin-off so she can visit Portland and the Scooby gang!

Rosalee and Monroe are amazing. They literally have been there for the most important moments in Nick's life. We should all have friends like them, and we should all be friends like them🥰🥰
I love how nick thought Monroe meant he had a bad feeling about adalind but he mean the house. He just wanted them to be safe. It didn’t matter all the things she did. If you look back she was pretty valid they took her kid.
It made me so happy that Adalind named the baby after Nick’s mom.

Nick hated to remember some moments with Juliet, but with Adalind after returning home, they had some difficulties, they were strangers to each other, but their common son helped them to be a little closer to each other.
Adalind also treated Nick like someone who needed to be cared for. He spent so long protecting others that nobody really looked out for him. I think Adalind saw that and wanted to help him like he helped her. She became a person he could talk to, she made sure he knew she appreciated him, she also made sure he knew his safety was important. He felt cared about for the first time in a long time.

Glad that Monroe and Rosalee have a chance to become parents before this show ends, they will give so much love to their own kids. I can even picture how Rosalee chases after the triplets and Monroe calms her down and tell the triplets to be good and not making their mother angry hahaha
Don't you just love how Monroe looks at Rosalee when she says maybe someday? Careful what you wish for, she ends up getting pregnant with triplets, I wonder if the healing stick Nick used on Monroe had anything to do with that LOL!!

Kelly really looks like he could be a child of those actors. Not saying he is (i think it's not Claire Coffee's child), he really looks like a mix of them.

Seeing Monroe make that Crib makes me sad again that the show ended before Rosalee gave birth.
We missed out on all the potential Wacky Dad Scenarios with him....

The continuity is a bit off in this scene. The first sight of Kelly is him with his eyes wide open. Then Adalind says, "I should get some rest before Kelly wakes up." I guess geimms are like cats and sleep with their eyes open.
