I had knee pain for over 4 years, I had so much trouble to go down stairs. This has work d miracle on me. 1st day much better. 2nd day pain has gone. This is a miracle! Tried many others did not work. This is the most simple one but worked for me. Highly recommended!

Thankful for the plentiful amount of free resources on CZcams nowadays. Have been suffering from a minor case of Runner's knee on and off since I started increasing my training volume to lose weight. Only 2-3 days of doing this ex so far. While it didn't completely eliminate the soreness, it made it more manageable. Now I'm gonna do this everyday once to twice a day. If I went for a consultation with a sports injuries specialist, this would've cost me $100+ for consultation and probably end up getting the same advise anyway lol.
I did this for the first time 2 days ago and honestly I couldn't believe it. After 3 or more months of annoying knee pain I was going up and down stairs and my knees were pain free. Weird! :) Thankyou so very much for posting!
On the 3 month process, did u do sports such running or plays football??

hi luv these exercises, i have always been fit, walk/ jog 3- 5 miles a day, in the past year, my right knee is not the same running jogging makes it worse, after doing these only 2 times to try out, my knee feels much better, i prob have osteoarthritis due to age so this will definetly help to get me back as i walk my dogs thanku

Just landed on your video while searching for knee yoga, and you said all I needed to hear! Everyone my age and older are needing surgery or have had it, and I want to avoid that if I can. Thx, I will be trying this 🤗
There is an amazing simple trick video of how your patella should be free floating in all 8 directions. Up + down, sideways, and left/right angles. If it doesn't you simply lay leg flat and Jam it 3 times in all directions with thumbs and fingers. It gives amazing instant relief to knee's and stiffening muscles that were stopping it. Got it myself and couldn't find one comment from anyone that didn't get some instant relief from.

I am 65 now. I have osteoarthritis 1st stage n had stem cell transplant 3 n a half yrs ago n that healed my rt shoulder d same day n my left knee took 8 months to heal. My rt knee stopped hurting at night, which was a blessing coz it meant i could sleep. Then 2 yrs later it started hurting again at night n i cldnt sleep. i didnt want pain killers n anti inflammatories coz they ruin my stomach. I prayed n asked God to heal me any way He wanted. I also prayed to lose weight n for my fatty liver. The message arrived i na few days: CUT OUT SUGAR. I thought it was abt d weight n d liver n stopped eating sweets but had fruit as usual. In a few days all pain n stiffness was gone n i started losing weight. In 8 months i lost 22lbs or 10kg. Every time i cheat d pain comes back. I cheated many times. I am pain n stiffness free, gastritis free coz i dont take meds any more n by now i lost 24lbs or 11kg. I am eternally grateful to my Lord Jesus. I reached my ideal weight 147lbs or 66,5kg
For anyone wondering, yes, it does work--effectively too. Just do this everyday

Quick note, the goal with the exercises in this video is to strengthen the muscles surrounding the knee joint for strength and stability. These exercises are great starting points. However, you can also implement more advanced exercises to strengthen these muscles surrounding the knee joint. Examples - Squats, One leg Squats, Deadlifts.

46 year old athlete Brazilian Jiu Jitsu purple belt (half way to black) injured both knees one worst than the other. These exercises are spot on and have helped substantially reduce pain and increase mobility.
