      These muscle is the muscle which make problems to the people the most. Or in other words the one with the most pain. So I have read it. Also have long term problems with this crap muscle, didn’t get it all sorted. Trigger-woodtool laying on the bottom or muscle massage gun. It’s only better after that but not away since months

      @Rehbraun - thank you for explaining it that way (lol I thought the pain from a car wreck was making me crazy - I can laugh about it now)! What docs don’t seem to understand is the fact that patients Need the information so they can be better prepared & understand how to deal with the pain better. All types of medicine needs to work with all therapies to heal patients.

      We're sorry to hear about your pain. For Quadratus Lumborum trigger points, we recommend gentle stretching, heat therapy, and focused massage. Strengthening your core and lower back muscles can also help prevent flare-ups. 🏌️‍♂️

    Trigger points don’t just come outta nowhere. Is it the QL that’s weak & requires strengthening?

    • @Nielasher
      @Nielasher  Před 2 měsíci

      You're absolutely right! Trigger points often develop due to various factors, including muscle weakness and imbalances. Strengthening the quadratus lumborum (QL) can indeed help alleviate back pain by improving stability and support. Incorporating targeted exercises to strengthen the QL, along with proper stretching and posture awareness, can be beneficial. Thanks for raising this point! 💪

      Yes, pain from Quadratus Lumborum trigger points can sometimes radiate to the front as well as the hip or groin area due to its location and the nerves affected.
