These trigger point videos are so helpful especially when this is confused with trigeminal neuralgia, TMJ, neurological issues, etc. I have eyebrow/eye temple/ear tingling almost feels like swelling, some sort of nerve sensation.

I've been having serious issues with my left SCM for a few years now. It's what I suspect is causing inner ear discomfort, eye discomfort, pulsatile tinnitus, headaches, and general soreness in that area. This stretch actually seemed to help! I'll definitely be sticking with it and trying consistently. Will update eventually if it helps long term!
Hey there, did it help? Still trying yo figure out if this is what I have or not as the doctors keep misdiagnosing me but I suspect it might be something similar, at least.
How did you make out?
@@PedroAlves-eb5wx do you have any pain to the touch behind jaw or on top off clavicle point? That’s how I figured mine out, doctors don’t really have the answer unless they send you to a physical therapist
I am also in a similar state as you are. How are you doing now?
.. update?
Ótimo!! Obrigado por compartilhar
carlos dias de oliveira Thank you following our channel!
I wonder if the muscle can impact the mastoid process enough to give tinnitus. So, without spasm or irritating the auricular nerve. Or shift the skull enough for the styloid process to pressure something, even if it is not elongated. Weird stuff.
thank you so much
Thank you for your feedback 🙏
How many times should you do this a day? Do you recommend doing the second exercise several times each side? I feel nausea after I do these. What could that be from? Thank you.

The iron neck really helps to add the needed tension to extend these stretches further and deeper.
Iron neck? Is that a device?

Hello,
My pain always starts from Mastoid bone all the way to the lower back of my scalp and end with the back of neck.
I am C5-C6 & C6- C7 disk bulge, the Drs are saying these bulges have nothing to do with this type of pain.
It has been over 20 years. I get this pain like 3-4 times a month. Only i take muscle relaxant and pain killers. Still, dont know what my issue is. Can you advise?
My left sinus is always clogged. I did this stretch and it opened my sinus. Is this related?

Is the guy in this video from nz?
Dear Neil, thankyou for you instructions; I do have dis=-united left clavicle through many accidents, it has been fractured 4 times. The surgeon I visited said " the only way is taking some bone from my hip and joining this to the clavicle. But it will have to be screwed into position and it will give you some pain, and only last for about 2 years, so if you were a relative of mine I would disregard this operation as it would be no better, I don't have any pain though is has been dis-united for about 40 years, fortunately I don't have any pain, but could this be part of my pain with SCM? can you advise?
Hi Peter,
It could be one of the factors causing SCM pain, but it is impossible to say that it is. It is not unreasonable to theorise that a compromised shoulder girdle of which the clavicle is part, maybe a cause of SCM pain may. The only REAL JOINT not muscles that attaches the arm and shoulder to the axial skeleton is at the Sterno Clavicular Joint so a compromised Clavicle may well involve the various muscles working less than optimally. Please note I wrote "Joint" not muscular attachments.
