I lived there many years ago and I would say enchiladas potosinas is the most well-known dish. If you can make it, Costanzo sweets are well-recognised.
there is an amazing gorditas restaurant in Guerrero Street, near San freancisco alley. Between Independencia and Vallejo streets. Go in the morning. 15 pesos each, but they are big.

The city of San Luis Potosí is very colonial, full of color and history. The weather is perfect most of the year and the potosinos are very welcoming and well educated people. I absolutely love S.L.P. the whole state is gorgeous. Glad to see you enjoying that side of the world 🌎

Claro que si es Visitado. La huasteca. Real de catorce, al igual que el centro el centro histórico.
La verdad nuestro estado ha sido muy mal gestionado. Pero no deja de ser hermoso ya que tiene selva y desierto. Mucha cultura y gastronomía.

San Luis Potosí es un lugar bastante bonito, no negare que existen deficiencias e incluso gente más cerrada pero la mejor manera de conocer los lugares es ir con alguien que te hable de ellos, si así como lo viste te gusto, creo que si supieras más de los detalles historico -artisticos de ellos, entonces te encantarían.
Todo el centro alberga un constructo arquitectónico exquisito que habla desde su fundación hasta el día de hoy.

Hello Tao... thank you so much for the video, I travel often to San Luis Potosí part of my family lives there...for dinner I recommend you Tacos don Juan located on Ave. Juan B Anaya close to Gálvez Ave.
Uno de los mejores estados, gran arquitectura y gran diversidad turística.. te recomiendo, que a dos horas de la capital en el municipio de Rioverde, visites la Media Luna, un lugar turístico y maravilloso e incluso puedes bucear y nadar entre las cuevas que hay debajo del agua.. aunque también puedes visitar las diferentes grutas que hay, ahí mismo en el municipio ^^ y no puede faltar que pruebes las enchiladas Rioverdenses.. únicas de verdad!!
Y aún más si quieres tener una gran experiencia, visita la huasteca potosina.. una maravilla de lugares turísticos :)

It's a beautiful city, sometimes ignored by the youtubers and the entrance to the wonderful places the state has; good to see you there; i have visited San Luis, many times but never in Easter; they say that holy Thursday and friday are very remarkable with something they call "la Procesión del silencio" and watching those wonderful churches I can see why; i wish you had tried the enchiladas potosinas, they're delicious.

I am from San Luis Potosí, the city is "divided" in 2, marked by the economic difference between the people living east of the center, and people who live towards a place called Tangamanga Park, from the center to Tangamanga Park the houses are newer and a little more towards that side are more foreigners who have settled there. but currently houses are being built and a very large plaza for the other side, so in a few years (I think) will be more active and more secure there
