      The show runs for an hour Paul and it isn't always about the subject. Sometimes people like to interact with me during the show as they may not have the ability to get out of their home or may have a special condition that limits their social contact. I hope you can find a speedier free video to satisfy your needs.

    Very cool to know that they can move. Will be installing mine next week, I think I'm ok but a nice option to have up the sleeve.

    Enjoyed the show as always, Dave. Loved the story of Pierre knocking his water bowl over and lying in the water. It made my day. I cracked up laughing. I really needed that. Thank you. God bless you and Vicki. Cheers from West Aus.😇

    Thanks for another show. You should be printing all your hose adapters like your band saw ones. I do it for the challenge watch for hours guessing if it will fit LOL

    That's a coincidence, I've been doing fan to duct adapters myself the last few days though mine are only for 4"/150mm. Easy to knock up in Fusion360 then 3D print and you've got a custom solution in a day.

    Hi Dave, curious why you advocate against removing the bracings that protect the impeller. Isn"t the cyclone preventing any sort of big piece from getting to the impeller in the first place ? Cheers and thanks for the tips, I have an old 1HP king dust collector and was wondering if I could turn the way the outlet is facing, now I have to disassemble it :D !

    • @DavidStanton
      @DavidStanton  Před 6 měsíci

      Hi Simon, Leaving the braces or actually the finger guards is recommended. I am not sure what your question is? "why you advocate AGAINST removing the bracings that protect the impeller." Not familiar with a king dusty but good luck!

    Hello! Please could your share what power motor it is (3hp?) and the size of the impeller (diameter and height of the blades)? Did it come with a 5" outlet on the impeller housing? The reason i ask is that mine looks similar, and so 3d printing an adaptor to make it 6" eould be an option for me too (the square outlet is the area of a 6" diameter pipe so would work). Look forward to your reply!

      The extractor had a 5 inch outlet. Easiest thing is to buy the 3d print file and print it. I would say that there is over a 90% chance it will work.
