I know some Italian…self taught…my father’s family da Lazio…my Italian friends mostly da Siciliano… were all instrumental. Today I am making meat turnovers…Italian style. My family loves my cooking but it does not compare with mio famiglia. What I see on your videos is very familiar to me. I am 83… healthy…un professori in pensiano.

9:30 ERRORE NOTEVOLE : lei confonde i Vegetariani con i VEGANI. Mentre i Vegetariani (tra i quali io) semplicemente non mangiano nè carne nè pesce (si uova e formaggio), i VEGANi non utilizzano nessun ingrediente di origine animale, nemmeno il miele. Be more informed, next time...
Alcuni vegetariani non mangiano nemmeno le uova, soprattutto gli indiani vegetariani con cui sono molto a contatto
