Those Italian food festivals are taking place all over the country and are a must-see for visitors and tourists - true Italian life (besides the good food and beverages). This is a true recommendation to go there to dive into the real Italy and Italian life. And it's definitely not a tourist trap!

That just a tiny spot of a tiny part of South Italy. But Italy is much more. There is also a North Italy: way richer in culture, cuisine and everything. South Italy is JUST South Italy, not the whole Italy. In South Italy they pour tomato sauce on everything because the cuisine is quite poor and dodgy.
