I was actually born with cerebral-palsy and I'm super flexible in about a year I will sign up for cheer I watched the other videos about your toe touches. I love all you vids. But I'm just doing a cheer club right now. So wish me luck to have a cheer by October the 7th. Gott eat healthy too!

Oh my god!! I had been struggling with this problem for quite awhile until i learned how to fix it. Now I'm able to do a regular toe touch but I still struggle every now and then. I will be using this tutorial tysm!!

i’ve never done cheer other than middle school, i’ve gone to the same school my whole life, and i’m a sophomore currently. as a junior im moving schools to be with my best friend from middle school that i recently reconnected with i have tryouts sometime in may! i’ll update.

this year I’m trying out for cheer again last year. I didn’t make it for many different reasons, including my skills. This year I’m trying out for high school cheer being an eighth grader. I am so nervous tryouts are a month away and I really hope that this video will help me improve my toe touch because for the high school I am trying out for it is required that we have a toe touch.

Am I the only one who can’t do the leg lifts on the ground?
From everything I’ve heard it doesn’t even matter if you can’t lift your legs on the ground as long as you try and can’t feel the squeeze in your hip flexors you will improve over time and eventually be able to lift your legs higher each time
That just means you don’t have the hip flexor strength yet, which is why the exercises she gave would really help you a lot!

These are good tips how to do a toe touch but, the problem is that I can't do a perfect toe touch.This my first time do toe touch and cheerleading plus, I never bin in cheerleading.I more question can you do tips about Herkie because I need tips and I have a competition coming up soon.Thank you super much!.

Mine do too, it is a little bad. I go to the chiropractor and his advice is to stretch them more. If you don’t you can start to get back problems (like me)

My tryouts are April 12th 2024 and I’m going to be trying out for 8th grade cheer (I’m in 7th grade right now) I have 4 months to practice and I’m going to take tumbling and jump classes and I think a few private lessons to help with confidence. I would say I’m really flexible but I need to work more on my jumps. I’m scared because I know that there were like 30 girls trying out and only 12 can make it in. I don’t really want my parents to pay for boosting my confidence and sharpness, does anyone have any tips? And tips to impress the judges, and how to stand out. Also I’m 5’4 and 105lbs for reference. And how do I make faces without looking awkward?

When you are running the drills or whatever they have you do for the tryouts, perform. The facials will come naturally if you feel the energy and excitement. If you feel unsure, practice cheering random sayings and dance to different songs and just have fun! Having fun while trying out can help bring the energy to stick out.
