Well if you have been following my videos you will be knowing what and all had happened with my Lenovo laptop
To the story in short I had boughtlenovo laptop from official online Lenovo store on February 27th, then I started to notice few problems like battery drain while the laptop is connected to charger and soon the mother failes after 1 month of usage. I was really disappointed and wanted to return back the laptop and get my money back but the company denied refund saying it doesn’t come under the terms and conditions of the company.
This is really very bad of the company to give very different experience to different country people.
If the same incident had happened in us then customer had all the power he could just returm the laptop and get his money back without any hassel but its not he case in india
Today I will tell you. How to get your money back from the company if the same thing hppes with you
First you have to have your adp purchased for your laptop so that all your services becomes free of cost .
Then you have to raise a complain which can be done by two methods either call the compay customer care number and raise a ticket or you can go their wbsie enter your serial number and raise the ticket
When you call them make sure they have reised the ticket by confirming on theirofficial website .
One ticket is raise you have to call them daily to give youa refund from the day one itself.
The company people have been traise so well to deny refund at all costs that even before you say something they tell you that refudnis not possible
One day when I had called Lenovo after all my refund was accepted to juts check wheni will be getting the refud the customer care girl didn’t listen to me completely as soon as I mentioned new laptop is defective she started saying refund cannot be given sir .
Then I had to tell her that refund process is accepted just you people have to pick the laptop and return it to ware house
So the company wont return you money just by repairing it for one time.
They need to repair it atleast 3 times and every time you call for repair you have to speak very stubborn or else they take you lite and ignore you
So basically the Lenovo enginears are not trained well. So who ever comes to repair your latop ends up messing it up even further and this the point where yu have to be smart and cathch the opportunity to your advantage.
Once he repairs the laptop you search for the problems the moment he leaves the house. You will definitely find a defect and you will have to call the customer care immediately that the laptop is not corrected .
So now I think you people can take a different approach than what I did. I had to go through this rpair process 3 times and then for the 4 th time they told me to submit the laptop to official service centere .
Now you people can ask directly that you want the laptop to be submitted toservice centre and if ithey are not able to solve the issue then you want a refund as soon as possible
So usually the service centre guys are thought to be better people that those come. Hoem to repair so if they cant solve it then no one can is what Lenovo thinks.
So you need an official letetr from servivcc centre engienar that they are unable to solve the issue .
Then they send a request letter to head office for refund/ replacement.
Now the manufacturing team has to give youa doa letter after which your refund will be accepted and processed
Once you get a doa letter the laptp will be packed and ready for pickup and once it reaches the wae house you will et the refund.
But do note that refund is given only to customized laptop , if you have no customized one then you will get a replacement unit.
So finally I got all my money credited back to my account throuhh which I paid for initially
And I got a macbook air m3 , I was literraly pushed by windows to go towards mac without any choice .

Thank u for exposing this sh'tty company. LOQ motherboard issue has affected my friend as well. I have shared your video with him. I hope he manages to get the refund. This Chinese crap OEM is now sending review units to big CZcamsrs for positive PR.
Indian customers deserve better service .I hope all the companies change their terms and conditions

Why is adp required for motherboard replacement? I mean this doesn’t get damaged accidentally.

Shall i cancel it or new product lot is safe?
I am not sure how the new product lot is . It's like gambling now . If possible get alien ware imported from us. You will get the best quality at good.prive point. Or else get a MacBook

i purchased loq 2023 to avoid motherboard issue but got display flickering issue after a month company replaced display 3 times but nothing worked now they r going to do mb replacement part is on its way . I don't think they will able to fix as cc told mb is refurbished

bhaiya i also need help i have a gaming ideapad 3 laptop and form past 7 months it is having multiple issue gpu not working , freezing issue , laptop shutdown itself bluescreen issue and lenovo changed motherboard 3 times and done the ddu 3-4 times and os 5-6 times and many other solutions too and they are refucing to give refund i have premium care and adp too
Put a case in consumer forum , make a video in youtube , post in twitter call them and speak strictly as to why they are refusing for refund

@@NoorAlam-xz4vf legion is lenovos premium laptop so it might be better than loq but I cannot say for sure as I haven't used one

I think it's problem with Intel chips which are getting hotter and the small laptop chasis is not able to cool it efficiently . One of my friend had purchase Alienware in 2019 and it's working good till today but it was purchased from us. So ask few more people who own dell and you will get a openion

If you don't have adp then you have to pay for the motherboard and get it replaced.

I think you can get a refund say that you are not satisfied with the product as machine is not working up to the mark. If they insist on any defect you can play some high end game and record a video of drop in battery when connected to charger or you can make a video of screen bleed as these laptops have a lot of screen bleed as I have shown in previous videos

Yeah I try to contact Lenovo India they said the technician will come at your home , i don't no what will happen I face a screen wobble and battery drain problem and it's sound quality is totally shit . I will update you when the technician come what he will do. btw you also looking for the refund
