You can check on the website or ask the ground staff. I know 48 does provide EU/UK roaming calling and data. And I think others providers have similar offers too.

Probably ya you can if you have all the documents and an Irish address where they can deliver. Generally if you're 24+ uni(I know about University of Galway) themselves will print it on spot so need for you to do it.

Heey I'm not sure what's the error if you want to share about it. It could be file size issue you can text or ring the helpline and ask about it.

You'll get an email usually within a week's time. Apart from that you have GNIB which will be taken care by your university most likely

For GNIB about 2 weeks after your appointment the card will be delivered to you and for PPSN about similar timeline 2-3 weeks

It won't work for you. As 48 is a physical sim they don't have an esim option yet. You can opt for other providers who have esim option

Yess you can if someone can recieve it for you then it's fine. Or you can book 2 days prior and it'll get delivered after your arrival.
