This wasn't a violent Game!!! It was just hard! No punches, stamping, kicking, head-butts, not even illegal tackles!.......It was just how rugby should be played!
He calls all these video's "most violent" for views.
When 2 teams that are known to play similar styles meet you will always get hard-core rugby. Those interested the style of little or no kicking plan and then attack from everywhere any angle any line deep or on the line doesn't matter. Complete mayhem lmao. Beautiful.
No violence whatsoever.
Bloody good hard game of footy by the looks.
Exactly! This is proper, physical, rugby!
Nah violence is just a more exciting way of saying physicality
Violent while still legal* is probably what the title should read
Absolutely. Phenomenal hits, nothing illegal, looked an awesome game.
@@deval97 Just use brutal as the title.
I just don't see anything that's noticeably more violent that a typical Fiji game. Fuck they hit hard.
I hate tackling Fijians and africans🤕
Can't wait to see Boks vs Fiji. Should be mind blowing
Sevens rugby gives a more broader hint but add a little more men to it and you have a similar match to the one above.
Not violent. Just some good rugby.
yeah agreed. was a good game
Yeah thats why I like Fiji cause they bring that physicality as a team that makes games interesting to watch I hope they play the Boks sometime soon and give us a good game
@@BigBroKuma I hope both teams will meet😁. It will be a good game in terms of physicality.🇫🇯🤝🏼🇿🇦
The word they were going for was physical, but I’m sure violent gets more clicks
Provocative titles draw views.
1:19 My God, that was the cleanest hit I've ever seen, and you hear it over the crowd
The rugby we used to play for school of club was often more violent than anything you will see on television. No cameras, a ref who couldnt keep control, rucking with steel sprigs and fights where everyone is in. (those good old days is why my son plays soccer)
Yeah, playing soccer he will became a real man.
School rugby is just diff haha
Make him play rugby, it will toughen him up!! also, it's called football 😂
@@ELvi5presley Yes i understand you call it football. But im in New Zealand and if i say Football, Aussies will think im talking Aussie rules, Americans will think im talking gridiron and my countrymen will check to see if i mean rugby, league or soccer. So your wrong sorry mate. My son plays soccer. Deal with it.
Better to play football before rugby will give you better footwork agility kicking
2009 second lions test in South Africa, hands down most brutal game I have seen.
Seen it, pussys game. Nothing to it.
Totally agree.
Of course it's going to be SA team involved in it. All teams in the world are second best, refs are biased against them, all others players are dirty players, they don't play by the rules and if a player did something illegal to their players.... They will be harassed, and trolled for months. They can't stomach physicality done to their players but loved to dish it out. Pathetic....
@@kaimara3371 little kid, go home ya salty bellend.
Okay Kia
What a great compilation. Thank you!
3:40 Where you going boyeeee ☠️
This was the most brutal game of "anything you can do, I could do better" I've ever seen. 😂
Then you try tackling Joshua Tuisova Mate? See how you can do that better? Or Better yet tackling Mathieu Bastareaud? It said violent because he looked like even Bastareaud got picked off and not forgetting that happened on both sides of the field.
You called jesse says it all
Best physical game I think was Samoa vs Boks in the 2007 WC. Tuilagi was a beast at #8. Loved it.
great highlights, nicely put together
That was some physical and running rugby from both sides
Insane intensity during this game...
2 of the most physical teams in the game
手に汗握る、白熱した男達の戦い。
皆んなカッコいいぜ!😊
Good effort Huget. He got in there.
Those double hits from Fiji 😝
There's no violence here compared to old fashion rugby from before the 2000's.
Best game Vatubua played, he was tremendous on defense back then. 1:18 should have been a penalty to Fiji for being taken in the air.
well 1:54 should have been a card for that very late hit on Huget.
There is something so satisfying about watching a Fijian hand off a player and sitting them down
Damn Huget stopping Radradra dead in his tracks ! For a guy that's been so heavily criticized for his defense in France, that was impressive....Bravo Bouclettes !!
not really semi made yards taking huget with him
@@karemel3554 haha yeah he made yards. Going backwards! at 01 : 04
Semi Radradra needs a nickname cause that guy is a bus 💪🏾
He did well holding our Radradra.
@@emosijougavule2561 no small feat! Radradra is a beast.....
Remember watching it at the time and thought Fiji played magical rugby...they had played miserably v Scotland the previous week and got tanked by 40 which makes it even more bizarre...
Only 3 days spent together before that game with only 13 Men on the field at one point. Also, Fiji were leading at one point before they were reduced.
3:02 that camera angle is amazing
Local rugby union in Fiji is the most brutal you'll ever watch. People trying to kill each other
Need to go back to pre 95 if after violent match. This is just two physical teams going at each other
Yato was a beast in this game
The power at 0:48 is ridiculous
Radradra is back in Fijis World Cup Team to Play France again. And also for World Cup 2023
As said by others below. 2nd lions test 2009 was savage.
where are those highlights of Classic 7s Rugby when NZ and FJ used to go head to head and hand to face.....
Huget was an absolute beast this game
Where's that Fiji defense coach of this match? He did a great job.
Proud for our Fijians brothers. They make Melanesia proud 👏🏿💪🏿👏🏿 Toso Fiji 🇻🇺🇫🇯
It was hilarious when Tuisova bumped of the fly half twice
It seemed like a pretty standard rugby match to me not overly violent , no blood, no fights, no cards
Just a great tough game by both teams
That was brutal from Fiji🔥🇫🇯
Well done Figi looking good
Looks an awesome test match.
Good game however I forgot what year Samoa vs Australia it was an 2000s game I’m sure
Beautiful hard rugby.
1:56 There is like an actual body, so yes, violent
Wow awesome game that's what we want
Anyone who thinks this was violent has never watched rugby in the 80s. Hello wake up!
The best defense so far to this modern day rugby.
That’s a laughing stock of a comment
Great game
1:03 - one does not simply knock over Semi Radradra
Huget did very well though. Stopped him right there and that does not happen often with Radradra....
Fiji vs Aus in 2013 when the Fijians targeted matt giteau was brutal. Or the Pacific Islander joint team that did the tour
When Yakult meets Actimel
Some nice brutal rugby
Monsieur, monsieur, il m’a tapé. J’va le dire à ma mère 😭😭😭
Violent!!? Standard Islander game! Fun, running, skills + plenty of big hits!
Le match qui a coûté la place à Iturria en équipe de France.
Good défense
Hard but fair. I didn't see one bad tackle. But then Owen Farrell wasn't playing.
"viril, mais correct" comme on disait jadis
j'aurais pas aimé être Serin dans ce match....
esos tipos son duros
Was that a match or a skirmish?!?
En fait vous avez découvert le rugby en 2018... Je comprends que ça impressionne quand on est novice sinon y a rien de fou
Get a fecking dictionary. Definitely a hugely physical match, look how Basteauraud got neutralised, but not violent at all based on this reel.
What year was this ?
This was in 2018 , when Fiji beat France in there Home soil.
Cavaliers v Natal 1986 was the most vicious match ever this test wasn't that bad
💙🇫🇯🙏😌
Tuisova ran straight into them like there paper
2:46 boy tried a lil chekto hit it out French guys hand
THE FIDJIENS WARRIORS
All clean hits. What are you talking about? Northern Hemp softies.
Rugby should not be defined as being violent on the field . It's about putting points on the board. The violent bit only came into rugby when players who can't score or defend starts to become frustrated causing indiscipline actions to the bin. The best teams are those that has discipline but capable of penetrating any defense or holding it's opposition back like the All Blacks and Ireland. Fiji has been pounding the All Blacks with heavy hits like these above in the past but the score board shows whose best by long margins when it came down to it. It as in smart rugby as oppose to violent rugby. (Violent = Punches) We can all enjoy good rugby when teams starts scoring not fighting on the field. That's for kick boxing or boxing itself not rugby. Don't confuse entertainment rugby with violent rugby. Nothing entertainment about it but crap players who cant score really. They should get in the ring if you ask me. Crap players are those that throw punches. That to me is outside rugby. This game above is smart rugby where no punches are involved but certain head tackles are now illegal because the damage it causes can leave a player permanently damaged after rugby.
In the Pacific, it's about being physical is all we want to see dominating in attack and defense physically. Run it forward and giving those big strong tackle so the opposition can know how tough you are.
@@6VITU9 Yes you're right. What I said was the difference between punching in the field and playing good rugby. Violent rugby is where punches are thrown not big tackles that are legal.. There's a difference. You can employ smart rugby where legal big hits are involved but not punches and so far the All Blacks and Ireland are the masters of it. Thanks.
Atentos saludos
Violence
Anyone else feel the need to say, ‘Have a seat’ ???
tonga england 1991
Fun fact: Fiji has the highest foreign representation in the Top 14 (French Tier 1 club championship).
So this game was mostly players who were current and ex-teammates and were already familiar with each others play styles. Also, by the way the Fijians were talking to each other, you could they had something to prove.
Carrément pas le match le plus violent. J'ai souvenir d'un Pacific Islanders contre l'Australie (je crois)... une boucherie.
Violent? This is the rugby.
South Africa vs Samoa
Action
Ou es la violence 😂😂😂
If it doesn't involve the Abs it's not the most violent
That’s just rugby mate.. it’s pretty tensed that’s all I can say.. like watching teams that cannot penetrate each other defensive .. apart from that… just rugby
Lol I've seen rugby league matches tougher than this but would be considered just another average game.
Where's the violence? Looked like a decent international game to watch (for a change)!
Nonsense click bait headline…..nothing violent about any of that…..just high class hard tackling and running. Great stuff to watch.
Samoa vs south africa will be the crazy one .
Fiji with ball in hand tackle YOU !!
"violent" rugby drive appears to know fuck all about rugby lol
that's Fiji
your version of butal is defined by you scuffing your knee blowing din fader!
Fiji always play outside the rules
Nothing illegal on display here from Fiji… they’re just hard men
Tai Goneva
There's literally nothing violent about this game. Big hits, aye, but not violent.
2009 SA vs Lions. There will never be a more brutal game. This game you're showing is nowhere near violent🤣
I love how the refs let them play rugby.... If this game where played today they'd review every tackle. And atleast 7 players from this video would get binned. The game today (altho I'm understanding of player safety) is pathetic and watered to what it used to be. Just my opinion tho....
always the coconuts ay
Good vid, but describing it as the "Most Violent Match" is not really the case. Yes, it was a hard game, but I've seen just as much hard play in South African Schoolboy rugby.
Most violent match? You're having a laugh aren't you? All I saw there was some very good defence. Look up Wales v England in Cardiff, 1987 if you want a match with proper violence.
There were alot of big hits in this match but yeah might not be the most violent
@@fbg1813 he’s not a keyboard warrior it was just his opinion
@@fbg1813 ulukau nomu comment 😂
@@leongkwong2994 🤣
Bigger faster and stronger players nowadays just cause they're not throwing punches doesn't make it not violent. Even the smallest hits nowadays can't be compared to those days.
