The best bromance ever to be created ON youtube. I would watch them under the title "Anton and Magnus test each other by going to the park to feed ducks". Also because we know Anton soon will tie up a balance-line between two trees, and Magnus will find a boulder or crag or tree in the park, just to make the whole duck-feeding idea a bit more challenging for each other.

For anyone wondering how to stop tendonitis. It is a recovery game. You simply have to stop climbing and let it heal and ACTIVELY recover. At the end of the day, tendonitis is INFLAMMATION of the tendon. Depending on what part of your arm/elbow hurts, a good practice is to perform slow, eccentric movements with the triceps OR biceps. Short term pain relief can consist of be anti inflammatory such as Ibuprofen, or ice packs. However, the thing with tendonitis is to simply know when you are overloading or just training. Make sure to rest up, happy climbing!
Piggybacking on your comment. These are great treatments. Your muscles all work in pairs, and if you are climbing a lot, you are only working the pulling set. Aside from mantles, rarely do we push in climbing. I have found the tendinitis is greatly put at bay when I take the time to work the pushing muscles. Unfortunately this means I am not climbing, but the time you take away to keep your muscles working in even pairs, for me, rewards me with no tendon pain. I think the uneven strain on the joints from much stronger pull than push is what makes tendinitis so prevalent in climbers. He has mentioned this before; he will train chest and do flies and such, but I think it is still worth mentioning here.
Just down-climb those easy early ones to warm up, that’s my favorite way at least

For your tendinitis if you plan on climbing through it, best to avoid powerful, higher velocity movements. Tendinitis rehab is progressive velocity over time (in a relatively pain free setting). Do slower more controlled movements and it should calm down eventually! It’s when you do explosive movements that it will flare up! Keep up the great work 👊🏻 Let ya know if you need any help. #teamppa

This is personally, my favorite channel on CZcams. There is a lot of amateur content on the web and its nice to see a professional do their thing. Especially in your unique period of your life.
Anton seams like a really sound guy to climb with, he's also very talented climber for the time he has been climbing for, got good intuition of movement and understands how his body moves. Obviously Ninja warrior compliments climbing very well.
Any tips on how your staying strong during isolation? Would be cool to have a go at any workouts your doing. Awesome video as always. 👌
