I just ordered two LX from this review. Thanks for the content.
3:41 "that's really your big difference between the Spyra 2 and this. You're gonna have to pump a little bit". And the price of course. Ordering in the EU the Spyra 2 is €154 and the LX is €79. I think I'll get the LX. Thanks for the excellent review (some very practical points mentioned especially as I'm buying it for my kid).
If you pull the trigger on the Spyra LX all the way down until you feel the resistance but not pull it trough, then wait a little and then pull the trigger fully you get one huge mega blast. Tank is empty after, but its alot of water coming out at great preasure. Super fun

I just ordered some lx for the kids.. But I wonder.. are the Barrels inside diameter the same??
I feel like the LX doesn’t shoot the same amount of water out vs the 2 hence the different amount of shots

For me yes spyra2 is still my favorite. Mostly because I’m lazy and like the whole idea of just letting the gun suck up the water lol. But I’m very impressed with LX performance as well.

Can you use the spyra 2 in the water? I want to get one for our new pool but I don’t know if fully submerged it will break it
Its not meant for submersion.
the lx trigger pull looks kinda stiff would smaller kids be able to use it?
It is a bit. I would say 9 and up should be good. My son pretty small and he did ok. 12y

Is the Spyra LX fully water proof, saying that you could submerge it in a pool for 30 seconds or so?
Yeah, my son left it water bin and it survived. I wouldn’t leave it long term. And definitely let it drain out. Just my personal opinion.

Very cool... but the price seems not worth it, it seems like your WAYY better off to spend a little more and get the 2....
The price is definitely worth it. You get 2 for the price of one 2. I bought the 2 for myself and going to get 2 LXs for my minions.
how fast did Spyra Ship?
Looking at tracking it came from a California location. And I’m up in Oregon so for me just in a few days.
I"ve just ordered one. Order was placed 1:51 am (apparently that's the time I'm prone to spend adult money on a watergun) on 4/25. Label at 11am. Pickup in California by FedEx at 1:43PM. I"m impressed. Three shipment priority options. Fed Ex says mine will arrive in NY tomorrow with 2nd day shipping (which I regret, but I was excited).
