When you do that you need to reset the pitch and time simply by right clicking the “pitch knob” also change the setting to AUTO

​@@Vollarti you have to click on the left of the name of the sample track on the arrangement screen and go on make unique as sample (on the same tempo as the sample which you can find tuning the 4/4 time signature on). Then adjust the time till you get on the right bar (1-9 or 1-5 depends on how Long the bars on the original sample are). Then you go on Channel rack, double click on the sample (which Is recognizable by with "part 1") and Right click on the pitch. Now you can change the tempo without influencing the pitch
