i do... intro (4-12bars) - verse 1(12-18 bars) - hook (8bars) - verse 2 (12-18 bars) - hook(8 bars) - verse 3(12-18bars) - outro(4-8 bars)

Internet Money should do a tutorial on how to use the stock sounds that come with the stock VST's and programs in FL when you first get it. Like how to make stock sounds sound different, the right way to tweak stock sounds, etc.

I usually just layer everything out on the first 8 bars then Contirl + B , then delete sounds to build up my beat

I do that too. I cmd+v in Logic and go back and make changes where I see fit. My beats hit anywhere from under 3 mins to a little more than 4 minutes depending how fast the beat moves

What Ive learned after watching so many Internet Money videos is that these guys just over all are masters of there software. They know theyre way around their shortcuts, the menus. True masters of their crafts man. I admire that and love that theses guys are true professionals you can really learn from.

Good video just to remind people again though, have your metronome click track on. In double time (anything over 100 BPM) 8 beats is 1 bar. If your NOT in double time. Standard is 4 beats for each one bar.

Another thing to do is the name the channels in the step sequencer according to the sounds such as the drums will be Hihat, Open Hihiat, etc.

Is it bad when using doubletime to make verses 16 bars sometimes?

Countach but its just making it a longer verse for the artist and i know its really supposed to be 8 but in some songs the tempo is fast but the verses are long for example like a ton of chief keed songs he has these long verses

Alright so I don’t know if this vid explains my problem but basically when my beat starts over after the first 8 or even 4 sometimes, it wont start over smoothly and on beat. This problem is CONSISTENT with me and i dont know how to fix this. Its beyond discouraging as well. Because im hearing the beat in my head and its sounds smoothe but when its on the grid/playlist its off the lines and never repeating on time
johnnycomelately65 there’s a magnet in the upper left of the song grid window. It should be on line. Maybe u figured it out by now but thought I’d still say something
