After waking up at 4 am my favorite first work is performing tahajjud😌 you know when I perform tahajjud I don't even need to do exercise though because performing tahajjud is my exercise it wakes me up and then I start my day with a full beauty of allah😇

I woke up at 4am everyday from last 2 months.
First thing I do in the morning is jhadu, because according to my mom that's the first thing we need to do, 😂 and if I don't do she will which her health doesn't allow.
Wake-up - 4:00am
Cleaning - 4-4:30am ( have quite long backyard time taking)
Walk- 4:30-5:00
Bath and puja 5-5:30 am
Study 5:30-8:00am
Helping mom in kitchen, and rest 8:00-11:00
Study again 11:00-1:00pm
Rest + lunch 1:00-3:00pm
Try to study again 3-5 pm
Rest+ dinner+ half hour exercise- 5-8pm
Study again- 8:00-10:00pm
Sleep- 10:00-10:30pm
(Pros) I feel happy after getting up early, stay more productive and, accomplish more task then I use ro do normally.
(Cons) As I am not use to stay up this much I feel sleepy sometimes after 7-8am, my afternoon nap because quite longer than I want ... I feel tired, and still not able to follow my study routine properly.
BUT I WILL CONTINUE THIS SO I CAN ACCOMPLISH MY GOAL. ❤

One of my brilliant friend advice me to do morning prayer everyday. He is muslim..
I followed his advice for few days. I am being very punctual and now whenever i wake up at 3:30 sleeps is gone after prayer.
Ram raksha, neel saraswati stotram, shiv stuti stotram are the key things
1 start my day with morning slogan
2 drink Luke warm water
3 take shower 🚿
5 worship with reading hanuman chalisa
6 do SAVERS 15 Minutes meditation
05 minutes affirmation
15 Minutes reading self help book
10 minutes walk
30 minutes yoga
7 eat healthy breakfast
8 lastly go to my karmbhumi ☺️
