    I wake up at 5:25 am every morning, do exercise, but still when I touch a book, I get sleepy 🙃 and then I'm sleepy for the whole day.
    Edit: thanks guys for the suggestions, u see now, the exams have been cancelled in my country and the whole scenerio is different now, I have lost motivation completely but however, I'll still start studying from now on.

    I wake Up at 3 am ...(daily)
    And after that I hydrate myself and
    Do meditation and simple exercises for 30 mins ....
    And from 3:30 am my study starts...
    That's all...❤️

    My morning routine if its Sunday or any other day I follow this regularly
    1 get up in any how if u feel its morning now open your windows
    2 wash your face with cold water 4to 5 times
    3 dont look at the bed have a healthy meal and rushed out of your house
    4 exercise cycling with bestie every day
    5 take a warm shower and do my online class 😊😊😊

    The absolute first thing that you do when you open your eyes in the morning should be to bend towards your right and then sit supright this is because the heart is on the left side of the body and when you get up from the right side , it helps blood circulation
    When you are sitting , rub your palms together until they warm up abd then put them on your eyes to warm them up
    Our palm has a lot of blood vassels , when you run your palms together the blood circulate better
    When your put the warm hands on your eyes , it will warm them up and it will make eye movement easier
    Just try these simples steps
    They will help

    To be honest i was a Night Owl but i have heard that if u want best efficency in your work u need to be Early riser...So i started waking up at 4 am since 3 months but was not able to find Best productivity...But after watching this video,it made my work more efficient than before...I m a student of 12th std boards (Science ki taraf se he hum) Thanks for this tips...Hope i achieve my goals....Cheers!

    *mai pichhle 3 mahine se 3:15am-4am k bich me uthti hu. Study routine k sath sath mera baki aur sab bhi bahut achha ho gya h. Ex- daily routine, koi v kam ko time pe krna, Jo v kahna use 100% krna, jyada emotional nahi hona kisi chij ko le k, apne goal pr focus krna..aur na jane kya kya*
    *Jab tk hum mn se kuchh nahi thante hai krne k liye tb tk koi kitna v kuchh bol le nhi hota h*

    Main subah 6:00 baje uthna prefer karti hu because raat me mujhe at least 1:00 baje Tak padhna pasand Hai....but kuch din se Ghar me extra work hone ke Karan mujhe subah 5:00 or 4:30 ko hi utha parta Hai....but I am in class 9 so I used to study at least 12:00 am...in morning 😊😇

    I prefer using 5 sec trick when I don't want to wake up early..
    That is u just have to count till 5 and then without thinking anything just wake up
    It really worked!!

    Mam maine running kiya and heavy exercise nhi ki bt still ghr ane ke baad mai jaise pdhne baithti thi mai sleepy feel krti thi aur mujhe na chahte hue bhi sona pdta tha so that mujhe apne night owl ke habbit ko continue Krna pda with more hours of study in night like I sleep at 4 am after study

    This routine is nice but not for students bcoz we have to wake up at 4 o'clock and at time to take shower is not possible.. so plzzz make a better schedule for students

    Friends apko agar subhe ut nahi pate to kya kare jab bell baje to 5sec me uthneka prayas kare kiuki Hamara mind 5sec mi change hota he or aj hamara akhari din he aisa samj kar uthna fhir dekho kaise uthte ho app.... Vaise in mam ne bhi accha batya thnx mam...

    I wakeup up at 4am daily and go for cycling and then for walk after that streaching also .......I feel energetic dude whole day it's really amazing

    Yeh buhat achi video hai main aik baat bataon ho buhat kam ki hai woh yeh hai k aap log raat ko sone se pehle 4 glass pani piyo phir ap dekhna subha aap jaldi khud ba khud hi uth jao ge
    Aur main nahane k sath lazmi gana sunti hun
