The continous very accurate and genuine videos which also manage to be scarily relatable have become little highlights and small moments of joy in my day to day life. I've taken really nig interest in philosophy thanks to him and might even take a few courses in university. I've gotten so much perspective and understanding from these videos I really cant thank you enough!!

I love MBTI (the tests don’t work; people who get into the rabbit hole know that’s it’s done by analyzing the way people behave and act based on their “functions”)
I would say you definitely use Ni-Se. Im not sure about your judging functions (Ti-Fe vs Fi-Te). My hunch is INTJ/INFJ. I think your Ni (introverted intuition) is very strong. (tend to perceive patterns and draw a linear conclusion from these patterns)
Though all in all, as much as it’s fun and I do somewhat believe in it, it’s still not scientific. I think it’s is getting at the fact that people exhibit patterns of behavior.

in regards to your comments about Meyers-Briggs … I recommend a book 📕 called The Personality Brokers by Merve Emre (it’s a history of the creation of personality testing;) it was really very interesting
It’s interesting that I agree with him on the basis of the Myers Briggs test being invalid, but I looked up a bunch of my favorite characters and people growing up and so many of them were typed as my personality, so idk maybe there’s enough valid about it, it’s probably like anything, can’t be taken too serious, but also has its uses.
You don’t strike me as an ENFP, but there’s always an exception to the norm. It makes more sense when you think about the cognitive functions, Ne and Fi seem up your alley.
i thought the same! i’d be very surprised especially when talking about functions and stacking- for instance i couldn’t imagine him in a Ne-Te loop at any point in stress. i imagine the tests he did weren’t ones with cognitive functions and even if they were tests are notoriously unreliable anyway, personally i think he’s either an intp or infj but i don’t think it’s outlandish for some Fi in there either
@@alyssaeve9783 Yeah, he does strike as an INTP in his videos, but keep in mind that we don't truly know him. In all of the results, he seemed to be more extroverted than introverted, so he might be ENTP. He definitely has a very developed Ti, and an Intuition of sorts.
Thing is, we don't know him personally so we can only judge him on the personality he chooses to present to the public
@@leventeborbely7120 According to Personality Database I have a lot of commonalities: Same MBTI (he's typed as INTP), same enneagram and same Big 5. There are definitely some differences on the image in the top right: I am generally more introverted and tend to lean very slightly towards T. I don't fully buy into the cognitive function stuff because many people have a tendency to disregard the in-betweens, like assuming that an INTP couldn't possibly have high Fi, or that it's impossible for people to sit halfway between say INTP and INFP.
Sisyphus definitely doesn't fit the stereotype of an ENFP, but perhaps that's more of an issue with assuming that people will match a stereotype than anything else. Perhaps XNXX is a better interpretation, at least in my opinion (where X means in the middle).
@@harleykf1 yes, people can be in-between. But he will still fall into 1 category or another. Someone doesn't have to be all introverted to be I, always logical to be T, and so on. I'm an INTJ, whose blind function is supposed to be Fe, but I actually have it quite developed. It would have been much easier to type him if he took the sakinorva test

Yeah so mbti is actually way more than what it is becoming these days just another trendy test... you can't really understand the depth of it until you really dig deep and do the reaerch yourself (you can always start out with conginitve functions basics n stuff) warning though once you get suched into that rabbit whole there is no coming back for Reels...
Jokes aside it has helped me tremendously with understanding myself and the people around me, and why people think or act in certain ways and has been extended eye opening for me in regards of differences between us ...
As I am a huge fan of the human condition in general and love just analyzing people and how they relate to each other n stuff it is sooooo much fun
My advice for getting accurate typing is to start with the online tests usually you'd get a rough idea but don't rely on them as they are hugely flawed and don't take in consideration the actual basis the mbti system was built upon...
As for sysyphus 55 I personally see him as an intp :)
Also the mbti world is very full of stereotypes so don't get fooled into being typed into one ... do good reaserch and really reflect on your function stack (mistyped indicator is a good test for cognitive function imo)
