@@SmartistaBeauty I journal and pray more. That seems to help a lot. Other than that there’s these plant based pills from Semaine that I use to use but they’re currently in my storage! So god and water and just discerning from any negative triggers!

I had my belly pierced for like 10 years since high school and I took it out a few years before getting pregnant just because I didn’t like it anymore lol. Yea it will stretch after children but it doesn’t look weird to me lol.
You’re right, I’m only successful when I commit to one thing at a time. I have been feeling recently that I’m functional but undiagnosed with ADHD.

Yesss get your belly button pierced girl! I have had mine since my early 20s and I had a baby in 2021. It looks like it did before I had him. So that is a lie. You can just take it out when it gets uncomfortable that’s what I did or get a pregnancy belly ring they have them!

Yes omg so many! One big one is I started working out for well being instead of aesthetics. Also using an app or something with pre-planned workouts so I don’t have to plan each day
