Water - 4 cups
Barley malt powder - 3/4 cup
Glutinous Rice flour (sweet rice flour) - 3/4 cup (you can replace it with fine regular rice flour)
Rice Syrup - 1/2 cup (or you can use jaggery powder, sugar, honey, or maple syrup)
Soybean flour - 1/2 cup
kashmiri red chilli powder - 1/2 cup (less spicy)
Spicy red chilli powder - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/3 cup
soy sauce - 1 tbsp

Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 3 cloves (sliced)
Mushroom - 1 cup (Sliced)
Carrot - 1 ,
Bell Peppers- 1 cup (sliced)
Gochujang Paste - 2 tbsp
Coconut Cream - 1/4 cup
Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
Rice Vinegar - 1 tsp
Water - 1/4 cup
Cooked Noodles - 1 cup
