Dark Phoenix basically kills herself, because of her automatic self hp drain, plus, Phoenix can only turn into Dark Phoenix if downed at the maximum level of hyper combo gauge, and she does have the lowest HP, because of Dark Phoenix, but she really isn't Top Tier, this Phoenix is more Bottom Tier for me

Kanzuki her healing field will regenerate her health as long as the enemy is in it. Also the X-Factor will also regenerate her health.
