  • Dehydration doesn't sound very healthy - and it definitely isn't. What happens in the body when dehydrated? What are the effects of dehydration? Why do we experience these symptoms? Dehydration effects explained.
    Effects of dehydration on body and mind depend on the severity, and there are roughly 3 stages of dehydration: mild, moderate & severe. Already mild dehydration has a huge impact on physical and psychological health, but why? What happens in our bodies exactly? The symptoms, but also the causes can vary a lot.
    Not only does athletic / sports performance decrease, but it can be even harmful at moderate stages. So make sure to drink enough water during the day, take care of your health and don't let dehydration have an effect on you!

    If my clients cramp up I ask a few questions to find out the root of the problem. One of the first questions is "how much water did you drink today?" Great video brother👊

    Did not know there were different types of dehydration but the way you break it down it makes sense! Growing up I was always use to drinking a lot of water at least a gallon a day so now that I am older it felts weird if I dont drink enough water I dont get how some people can hate drinking water or struggle to drink enough water. Well done on this video bro I need to have a pen and paper ready for your videos you always got the most helpful info on it!

    I lost 7-10% of my bodies water. I could not lift my arms above my head. I got a massive headache and didn’t urinate for like 12 hours after drinking litres of water. Months later I still feel blue, teary and tired and totally not right. :( I got rid of most other severe symptoms thankfully but still feel like trash.
