    Viktor, I just wanted to say I love your videos. They’re so detailed and you explain everything so well. This is good information. I went I to the doctor twice. Once for shin splints and two for a pulled muscle in my shoulder. Good video

    Hey vitality! So I know this video is 5 months old but I wanted to say that this video alone helped me a lot and helped me grow, I know I'm 15 and shouldn't worry too much about that but still I took it into consideration and so far my own life has been improving tremendously. My sleep schedule is fixed, I drink less soda and more water and warm up are becoming normal for me so from the bottom of my heart thank you so much for making this video and for helping me improve my life!

    Funny that you post this video after I've hurt my ACL three weeks ago haha (still not sure if it's torn or just a sprain). By the way, have you been able to recover your air flaire since your injury? And thank you for the tips!

      Hey! Hope your injury has healed already!
      Yes, I would say to 95% I recovered. There is just more awareness and respect before I do any move cuz I experienced how it can backfire. There is still a little bit of pain left at certain speeds and momentum.

    Tip: After the 1st airflare you are rushing. Catch with the left hand and embrace it. Don't rush to 2 hands on the catch. That's why u can't get 2.

    What specifically do you mean by dynamic overstretching?

      With dynamic overstretching I mean doing moves like airflare, sudden jumps into the planche (or any other skill) or hyperextending muscles during curls, bench presses etc.
      Basically overstretching your muscles without giving them a chance to adapt.
