Yours is the closest I've seen to how an old Chinese guy I knew made them. The only 'real' difference is he added a tablespoon (or 2) of oyster sauce to the mix. _And some glass noodles._ *KUDOS!*

Looks delish and you make it look so easy. Thank you. Sometime when you make these try adding 2 Tbsp peanut butter to the slaw mixture when you add the onions and ginger. It gives it an unique flavor. Also I add a small stick of cheddar cheese when I roll them up. Thanks again, love your channel.
