I have been WW kayaking for 30 years and still doing it... because I don't try to run stuff like that. Class 2 and 3 is all I need for adventure and exercise. And even then, there are some hairy spots sometimes.
So sorry she is gone. Kayaking and rock climbing: sports that can mess you up.
